Tracy Morgan is currently starring with Daniel Radcliffe in the sitcom “The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins” which is from some of the 30 Rock creators.

GE (General Electric) owned NBC back at that time, so 30 Rock is rife with jokes about corporate fiscal ownership conflicting with art and artistic expression. It's the whole Jack Donaghy / Liz Lemon dynamic central metaphor of the show, in a way.

There's reference to LOADS of stuff in this show, INCLUDING the whole Bill Cosby scandal long before it was public.

"30 Rock" is short for "30 Rockefeller Plaza" the Address of the G.E. Building, that houses NBC tv studios where SNL was and is filmed. Though during the show's run the building was purchased by Comcast, a cable t.v. company. In the show they get bought by a fictional company called "CableTown"

Since 30 Rock won the Patreon Poll consider doing for Patreons only, regardless if get the most YT views, it should bring in a few New Patreons too, right? And for the backlog of other nbc shows. Yeha sho sho

I had my less-than-positive things to say about this show during the voting phase, but I might just enjoy it with a little bit of pithy Aussie commentary and laughter. Happy to give it a second shot.

Rachel Dratch was originally cast in the role of Jenna Maroney on 30 Rock as Jenna DeCarlo, and the original pilot episode features her in the role. After feedback from test audiences, the role was ultimately recast with Jane Krakowski. She went on to play a variety of small guest roles in several episodes of the first season.

It's a slow start but there's a reason this show is as awarded as it is. Easily the funniest American sitcom of the past 20 years. The jokes per minute on this thing is insane
