Pro bodybuilder Lou Ferrigno (a contemporary of Arnold Schwarzenegger as seen in the documentary "Pumping Iron") played Hulk in the 1970s live action "The Incredible Hulk" and voiced him in some newer animated versions. He was about 80% deaf because of ear infections as a child.

He not only voiced him in animated versions, he actually did done the voice of the hulk in every official version of the character up through the MCU age of ultron.

Thomas Corwin Mendenhall ( 1841 – 1924) was an American autodidact physicist and meteorologist. He was the first professor hired at Ohio State University in 1873 and the superintendent of the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey (one of the ancestor organizations of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) from 1889 to 1894. Alongside his work, he was also an advocate for the adoption of the metric system by the United States.
