I have to let you all know, because it affects my work 💀Discord Patrons already know that this month has been pretty rough on me. My health has been sort of going on and off since the beginning of this year, but it wasn't anything too "unusual" for me, since I have plenty of chronic conditions, and I just thought it was another flare-up. But this month it got so bad that I had to go to the hospital, and I found out that I have some new illnesses Pokémon to collect, with possible ulcerative colitis among them. Not to burden you with all the medical bs, but I had to get 3 IVs on the same day because of dehydration and blood loss, go through a bunch of tests, and more are coming, including biopsies and other procedures for cancer screening 💀 Now, they don't think I have it, so no worries, but they need to be sure. I've been on strong meds since then, and they affected me pretty drastically. The side effects were way worse than I expected, and it all took a huge toll on my work and creativity. Thankfully, I'm off most of the meds as of today (also, Flagyl is ASS, ask for an alternative if you have to take it, it's horrible). I'm feeling a little better now, so I decided to finally make this update. I have plenty of ideas I want to draw, but I have to take it slow for now.
