Last time, Masaru and Kotaro had a steamy encounter at the hot springs in the midst of their business trip. Afterwards, our protagonist finds himself unable to decide whether he should accept the invitation his boss just made. Will his loyalty to his fiancée be stronger than his obvious desire for Kotaro?
