I'm a social phobe. He is a very shy and introverted person. I find it very difficult to get along with people in real life, and it will take many years for a person to become my friend, and very few are awarded the title of friend. It's much easier for me to get along with animals or plants. In my hands you can see my only pet, the flower "Women's Happiness".

Is it difficult for you to make new acquaintances? Do you have many friends?

my shrinks call it Major Depression Disorder and Schizoid Personality Disorder and PTSD...unless I have an appointment at my VA, I only usually go out of my house once a month...the only people I know here and that I hang out with sometimes are my Step-brothers...I do better on social media than I do in reality ....I do have my dog...and your pet is kinda cool too...reminds me of these things here they call Peace Lilys....I do keep in touch with a couple of people I served in the military together but I haven't seen them in years....

I am very shy (which many people find weird because I'm a nudist) . Whenever I am around new people I put on this social mask of being an extrovert and talk to people easily, but if you get me on the phone I am more likely to be myself and very reserved. Also I tire very quickly when I am in my social mode. However if you persevere and crack that layer you are more likely to get to the real me . I am deliberate, slow to anger and have a few friends who I would die for and they know it and will return the favor. I am both a cat and dog person, and basically all animals, and they love me also

I have many acquaintances, but only a handful of close friends, and at my age I am losing them due to their passing away at an alarming rate. 🙁

I'm an ambivert. I enjoy socializing with friends and family and getting out in public. I also like spending time alone to recharge. I can equally enjoy sitting on my porch drinking coffee as I can spending time with friends eating out for a meal. I make acquaintances easily. I have a handful of very close friends. I also have a group of friends who I spend time with as well. I've already lost quite a few close friends so I value the time I can spend with the existing ones.

I am very far from being so active in my life and social connections. To be honest, I'm even a little jealous of people like that who can walk into a room with strangers and become their own in a few minutes. It really takes me years to get used to a person and start communicating with them fully. 😃
