At one time I totally gutted my grandparents first house from top to bottom and rebuilt it back to my design but left out the basement as I was planning to raise it and build a new one with expansion

no, I bought my house...it was built in three pieces over the years with the first four rooms built in 1898...then later three rooms, kitchen, dining room and indoor bathroom were added then the last room to cover the door to the storm cellar was added last...

The building that I'm destroy in this photo was also built in the 1800s. I do not know exactly which ones, but in 1917 it was already an old building that was undergoing major repairs. That is it... It's very old.
