I love sushi as well! I especially love types such as the BC Roll (BC as in the province of British Columbia here in Canada where I live) which is made with a slice of salmon placed on top of the roll as well as cucumber and more salmon inside the roll. Mmmm!

What you describe, we have in Russia, is called "Roll Philadelphia". It also has the cheese of the same name. I always order it.

I've only tried lasagna 2 times in my life. But, nevertheless, it was very tasty!

Unfortunately, this is too exotic fish. In Russia, such fish is not available in stores and restaurants.

There is in the Mediterranean it is not so exotic but it is delicious

Ah yes I am familiar with the Philadelphia Roll, the BC Roll is similar to that but without the cream cheese in it. And then there is the Chilliwack Roll, named after the city I live in which is also very similar as well. Here in Chilliwack sushi is very popular, we have approximately as many sushi restaurants as we have of every other type of restaurant combined.

I love Chinese food also! Sadly our local Chinese buffet restaurant is takeout only due to COVID.

We have about the same. In addition, rolls and sushi are cooked everywhere. And in Italian, and in Mexican restaurants, and in all the others, too. For some time now, there are even rolls in supermarkets )).
