Introducing my second project: BreedPunk (Patreon)

Hello my Testers!!

First, I want to say this clearly - Thank you!The Tester tier is the reason this project can exist develop. Your support, feedback, and patience are what made it possible for me to even think about expanding beyond one game.

Because of that, I want you to be the first to know about something new.

New project in early development: BreedPunk

BreedPunk is a visual novel / sandbox-style game set in a dystopian future, where humanity has split into radically different districts — each one evolving into its own “punk” ideology and aesthetic.

Atompunk, cyberpunk, steampunk, dieselpunk and others… all surrounding a massive central citadel.

The story begins right after a failed coup against the emperor.The main character, one of the few surviving imperial guards, is unexpectedly promoted and given a new task - to create and command a completely new royal guard.

There is only one condition.

Only female guards may serve in it.

Development state

I’ve been brainstorming this project for almost a year.

Right now:

the core setting is defined

early intro scripts are written

I’m starting work on the main character cast visuals

I’m creating the first test renders, which have been attached to this post

This is very early-stage development, and some character visuals might still change.

What this means for you as a Tester tier

As part of changes on Sanatorium supporter tiers, Testers will get free access to BreedPunk.

This project does not yet have a public page, but when it does, you will be able to join for free on the same level as here on Sanatorium.

About Sanatorium

Sanatorium remains my main project. Nothing changes.I will keep the current pace and focus here.

BreedPunk will naturally develop slower, and differently. It’s planned to be more sandbox-oriented than a classic visual novel, so the workflow will not compete directly with Sanatorium.

BreedPunk will also be not focused on amputees, though some characters will still appear here and there.

And, as always, I’ll be interested in your thoughts as things take shape.
