Progress update 0.1.10t (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

In this update, I finished working on the scene where Max chats with Carla.I revised the script and completed all the images for it.

I also started working on a scene featuring Rachel, Lily, and their patient, Greta.

Another thing I focused on was fixing bugs from the previous Android release.It turns out that while Ren'Py translates .rpy code into Java for Android, it interferes with the gallery system I had installed for the phone feature.

That gallery system relied on automatic image searching and character-based sorting using file names. Unfortunately, this works only on native Ren'Py builds for Web and PC versions, but not on Android, where the code gets converted during the build process.

Because of this, I had to remove that system and rework it so it functions properly across all platforms.
