Captain Dex

Let’s goooooo😏🤟🏽🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Robert Davis

I remember when tobirama named hiruzen 3rd hokage they didn’t do a democratic vote, he just deemed it so. Hashirama could have done the same I think

Patrick Jones

Like I said all of this was tobirama's fault. Dude was racist to his core.

I do not agree with you completely on the points regarding the First Hokage. Uchiha and Senju were not the only clans in the village and they had the agreement with the Land of Fire, so Hashirama probably really could not name Madara the First Hokage by himself. As for naming the Third Hokage, I assume there was vote of confidence afterwards that was not shown to us as was supposed to happen with Danzo for him to properly become the the 6th Hokage. Furthermore, Hashirama still played a bigger role in founding the village as he beat Madara in a fight and basically made him and Uchiha to form an alliance. The problem with Madara was that he did not have a good reputation within the village and was not even trusted enough by his clan and instead of continuing working with Hashirama to make people trust him (as Naruto did during the whole show), he just leaves the village and shortly after comes back to destroy it. And for Tobirama, despite his clear prejudice towards the Uchiha, he had reasons for not trusting Madara, who for starters made this ultimatum and almost cost his elder brother his life. And overall the Uchiha are indeed very emotional and impulsive and resort to extreme solutions as we see with Madara, Obito and Saskue. In the end the reason why it did not work between Madara, Hashirama and the village was the fundamental lack of trust between Uchiha and Senju due to the long history of fighting and good relationships between Madara and Hashirama alone could not fix this problem.

15:07 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hopefully they read this comment because a lot of people in the naruto community really like to view this in a one dimensional fashion and it doesn't seem to matter what logic you use with them. Can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into

Saying Hashirama only has Wood Style is like saying Minato only has Flying Thunder😂 Wood Style itself is incredibly versatile. It isn’t just making trees. Hashirama could create forests, dragons, giant humanoid constructs, barriers, restraints, clones, and regenerate his battlefield. The variety within Wood Style alone is enormous. He had exceptional chakra reserves. Even before becoming the strongest shinobi of his era, Hashirama possessed massive chakra that allowed him to fight prolonged battles against Madara Uchiha and the Nine-Tails simultaneously. He had powerful healing abilities. Hashirama could heal without weaving hand seals, something almost no one else could do naturally. He mastered Sage Mode. His Sage Mode significantly boosted his physical abilities, chakra, sensory perception, and the power of his techniques. He excelled in taijutsu and combat skill. He wasn’t dependent on Wood Style alone. He could keep up with Madara in close combat before unleashing larger techniques. He had strong sealing and suppression abilities. His Wood Style was uniquely effective at restraining tailed beasts, making him one of the few people capable of controlling them. His battle IQ was exceptional. Hashirama constantly adapted during combat, making effective use of terrain, timing, and combinations of techniques. Thanks for reading🙂😉

facts brodie

Kai

the wood style clones are the strongest too right?

Also, on a psychological level, Madara is just one of those people who are kind to their core, but have hard shell around them so they are misunderstood for most of their lives. I think his greatest tragedy was how his own clan didn't like him. He did fought for their sake, but nobody recognized it - remember how they even created the rumor that he took his brother's eyes just for his own ambition and greed for power? If he was truly accepted by people other than Hashirama, that would be his motivation, for he is a protecter in his soul, but he was just betrayed, and as prideful as he was, he had only revenge to turn to. Hashirama was high key idealistic, that is why he was the only one who could change the harsh rigid system, established for centuries before, and also why he could recognize Madara's kindness, but that same idealism kept him blind from problems that took root at the time. That makes Naruto characters realistic, nobody's perfect. I do feel so sorry for Madara, as I have witnessed people like that in real life, and I do understand him. But also I admire Hashirama so much because everything what he did was something only he could do. Being born with all those crazy godlike powers like no one before or after him, he was truly like a gift from heaven to the world, and also his charisma was what united the village. It was mentioned in this episode too, that even before the final battle where he defeated Madara, members of the Uchiha clan used to surrender to him and go to Senju side. Peace would have been achieved even without Madara's consent, but Hashirama felt like it wouldn't be right, and also, main reason why he didn't kill Madara was simply because he loved him as a friend. That's how I see it.

49:50 it couldn’t have been prevented and you’ll see why later on 😭😭

Kai

you simply cannot make exceptions like that when you're in a democracy state of being or else the rules for it will no longer hold weight going forward. Instead of trusting the process and putting in the work to gain the village trust along with his own clan he decided to dip out to be on fuck shit lmao

Kaneki6386

I understand what you're saying about Hashirama, and how you would expect him to put his foot down and assert his position as Hokage.... But you have to remember they're running a democracy. So the village people and the Hokage's cabinet have the final say... Madara even said that he felt that the Uchiha clan wouldn't vote for him.

Captain Dex

I can’t tell if y’all were saying Hashirama should fight the democracy but at 34:12 it talks about it bein a democracy now that there’s a pact with the land of fire so the people and other top officials will vote for their leader. Hashirama couldn’t js force madara to be leader over the populace because of the pact. I get what you mean tho, Madara is the one tht named the village‼️ he deserves to be 2nd at least❗️but in my opinion, Madara gave up too early.. The same way everybody voted for Hashirama since he was most liked even by the Uchiha is the same way they could’ve voted for Madara. I don’t care if Tobirama says “Madara cant be Hokage” that’s only one vote & however many others that think like that. I honestly don’t think Hashirama plan was bad, about him being the Hokage & Madara being his Right-hand man (similar to Killer bee’s brother Raikage & Darui) The people will eventually recognize Madara has a good soul the more they see him working alongside and helping around the village he doesn’t have to prove to them that he’s good they will see it the problem in my opinion is Madara didn’t even try‼️ he literally left while Hashirama was 1st Hokage before they even selected a 2nd hokage he js gave up like he had no stock in the race I get some villagers were scared of him & the Uchiha wouldn’t listen to him but this all could’ve been changed by Madara showing the villagers he’s no monster. And I don’t mean convince because tryna convince someone to like you is crazy I mean with his actions when Naruto saved the village from pain they loved him as far as his clan goes Madara kind of gave up on the Uchiha in my eyes I get that he tried to convince them and they wouldnt listen but cmon he used to be the Leader of the Uchiha there’s no way he couldn’t win their trust back even Hashirama had more faith in the next Uchiha generation than he did. he js threw in the towel like “I have no chance your brother will be next” like damn nga you not even gonna try❓ bro js gave the seat to Tobirama by default

Captain Dex

Yea the only difference was the Hokage was about to die in that situation so he had to name a successor quick

Tachi

Raph you are absolutely right.

Aurange (Orange)

Yeah they are. Wood clones are busted in terms of power, durability, and they aren't limited by shadow clone rules. They can communicate with each other and share experiences without having to be destroyed or deactivated

Aurange (Orange)

Loss of belonging is a very harsh thing for an emotional person to go through

Aurange (Orange)

yeah I would say that it's certainly possible for it to happen that way but only in special circumstances

Aurange (Orange)

In my mind, everything that Madara predicted becoming true is not exactly fair to say considering it's he himself that put the events in motion to make them turn out that way. It's like he decided "this is how things are going to work anyway" before even trying and so ultimately that ended up becoming reality. That's not to even mention him further manipulating things past his own era but I digress lol
