I'm surprised you didn't go with the manga's art style for Saiyan Saga Goku. Toriyama's style around this period is so interesting.

He is red when use kaioken ? Kaioken on tenkaichi is very weak

As I said, it's going to be difficult for me to change anything about the Kaioken as long as it remains a technique and not a transformation. So I'm going to look into transforming it, and then I could actually modify the colors, the model, etc..

Is it possible to create a mod to change the colors? I don't really like the vanilla colors. The colors of that Goku are perfect. :(
