Just for clarity, are there still only 3 winners being selected from both polls or is it 3 winners from each poll?

it says part 1 and part 2, implying is the same poll so yeah, only 3 winners in general :3

just out of curiosity would it be allowed if a picture didnt win but gets sketched to be lined and colored if someone wanted to do that? ( for example: if i requested an image and it was in the poll but didnt win would you allow me to line and color it if i felt able?)
