"Latte Lessons" | Comic Strip (Patreon)

Aaah I’ve been wanting to draw more of my OCs lately, and this little short comic felt like a good way to start! 🥹 I kinda really want you to slowly get a better feel for Aki and Elio, like, their dynamic, their vibe, the little in-between moments that make them them. They both mean a lot to me, and I truly hope you’ll grow to love them as much as I do! 💛

A little background for this scene:

Aki works as a barista at this café, and Elio starts working there a few months later as a delivery guy. By the time this takes place, they’ve already known each other for a while. It’s that very early stage, right at the beginning of dating… or maybe just before that. When the feelings are there, undeniable, but everything is still new, soft, and slightly terrifying 😄 And well, Elio, instead of paying attention, is far too distracted by how focused (and ridiculously cute) Aki looks while doing Latte Art, haha!

It’s small, it’s soft, it’s a little awkward, but that’s exactly where they are here :D Hope you enjoy!
