Ahh, lately I’ve been feeling a really strong urge to share more about my own characters and their story, little everyday moments like this one 🥹 So I’m extra happy that I managed to turn the postcard design for the March Mail Club into something a bit more, just to capture Aki and Elio’s vibe a little better. I hope you enjoy it too!

And for those of you who often ask about the two of them (which I absolutely love, thank you so much for that!), here’s a tiny bit of background info about this scene if you’re interested ☺️

Since Aki and Elio aren’t just best friends but recently also something like coworkers (Elio works as a delivery driver for the small café where Aki has a side job as a barista), and because Elio lives much closer to the café, Aki sometimes stays over at his shared apartment before early morning shifts so he can sleep in a bit longer.

At this point, the two of them sharing a bed isn’t really the norm yet, but it does happen from time to time after parties — usually when they’re both too lazy to inflate the air mattress 😄Of course they (mostly) behave themselves… until eventually it becomes a lot harder to do so 🫣 This scene is basically just a little snapshot during their peak pining phase, haha.
