Aeon should try to develop a spy class specifically for gathering research/knowledge and such in other worlds. Just seems a bit weird to have Lumoof do it when hes needed elsewhere. Maybe look into how other worlds handle demon parasites and other kinds of tricky demons for easily adaptable methods. The only advantages to Lumoof being in other worlds gathering intel is he is easily retrieved and knowledge is instantly shared with Aeon, but if Aeon gets more people and they spread around they can just do weekly/monthly/yearly check ins depending on value of info. Its kind of how these things are usually done and the sheer amount of useful info acquired will increase drastically. If some device for long distance communication can be developed, they can just report to some handler instead, making things even more effective. Maybe the spy class could be some kind of spy/void mage hybrid once he eventually gets void mage seeds. Also, what is happening to the Aoenic Demonslayer class? With it resembling a hero class somewhat with Aeon having access to the ''wielder's'' mind, it should be especially strong if developed/evolved. And then later it should be especially useful when Aeon eventually starts to invade other worlds.

Wouldnt it be neet if "reffy the rift" have its one minos like deap ones form love craftian horo have them shapeshfit into human, use them populaation the island and send freash spys to undecover the "Mystery" now thats A traing kseanario and half.

I remember in an earlier chapter about Spies needed to “known” the area to be able to do their job, or at least familiar with it. So maybe Lumoof is basically the reconnaissance agent, and can event provide enough information to make real spies. Maybe they need to slowly find a quiet, isolated place to plant Aron’s tree and form the 4th nation. I’m thinking some “lost continent” with jungles everywhere and tribal ‘savage’ groups that Aeon can learn from and assist. I like the update plan, it’s practical, but instead of void spies, how about psychic spies? (Void can be used to see a world, but mind user can learn from the people of it! Plus, this may be the way Aeon can eventually find out what the crystal mountain actually is!) Lastly, for the Aeonic Demon slayer, I have two ideas for options: 1. Lumoof eventually finds someone like young Lasaunae (a young dreamer hoping to be a hero) and guides them along the path to eventually accept Aeon and his class. 2. When Lumoof forms the base/nation of Aeon in this world, maybe he will find a native willing to fight the demons to the end of time or something like that, and thus a perfect blade to assist Lumoof in this world when the Demons eventually show up!

So, basically the demon king isn’t so much as parasite as a plague bringing/broodmother shapeshifter? Cool. Alright, what we know now is that the regular demons can take the body, but that’s kills the soul. While the champions are able to “assimilate” the soul like a one side fusion. Perhaps the demon king will be a sort of “feaster of Souls?” Like it’s core is super charged by all the lives and souls the demon parasites have eaten?

I love that this chapter addressing the idea of Aaron’s psychic powers, his anti-demon aura and ability to develop a skill for resisting demonic influence are impressive, but mental powers may be the real key to victory against the demons. It’s clear that the demons are like magic-corpse robots or wirelessly connected flesh golems. The demons themselves may be immune to psychic attacks, as mentioned by Patreeks Titan description, but it’s clear mind energy attack have some effect of demons. Demons may not have true minds, but perhaps mental energy disrupts the control/commanding of lesser to mid demons! Like signal jamming for wireless devices. This may not work, but it’s clear that they can feel, just not understand it, if that makes sense. (The it is psychic power)

Who knows? Maybe that is similar to the case for the gods, both sides are operating via remote armies. The gods haves super soldiers with neutral implants and the demons have their demon fire fueled robots. The psychic attacks don’t ‘work’ on demons in the regard that they can not fulfill their intend purpose, you can’t exactly mind control something without a mind. (Perhaps dreaming/consciousness requires a soul or at least a pseudo-soul?)

I think the battle of the demon king will be a battle wills between Aeon and the demon king. Imagine it, the forest of Tree minds vs. the gestalt legion mind of demonic soul parasite shapeshifter, duking it out in the soul realm with Patreek providing back up.

Right about now would be a good time to redeploy the Aeon Unique class Demon Hunter, or whatever that class was called. It hasn't been brought up again ever since the old class holder died in the central continent when the demon king blew itself to pieces. The demon suppression aura could be quite helpful here I'd think.

Maybe they could work around the problem of the demons by soaking the parasites in Aeons Mana and then implanting a titan soul in it.

Just imagine a human getting infected/sharing a body with a Titan parasite and then becoming a lesser form of Lumoof with all of the abilitys of Aeon. Just like the Demon Champions

I think the void spies are for easy deploying into the field wherever the are needed and if the need arises easy retreat.

I can’t wait for Aeon to battle the demon king, mostly because I know a fight this epic and unique will definitely give Aeon so major leveling, and then we can see his next 1 or 2 (heck 3 if the multiplier effect and hero fragments are that nice) domain abilities! This is going to be awesome!

That may work, but I think it will only work for the strongest of champions or maybe even the demon king itself, remember, converted demon monsters as always much weaker versions of their original selves. The best is Hytreerion, where it was big and dense enough to hold the Titan soul. Perhaps the converted parasite will become a sort of living armor like Jura’s familiar ursa form rather than a pseudo avatar implant?

Brilliant! Maybe the host for this class can be a survivor of these city infestations and join Aeon and ask for power, perfect candidate! He/she could be mentioned/explained in a side story maybe? Aeon’s only reason for not giving it is probably that no one wants it and it’s only a single class. Demon slayer is a specific class, not a perk, so this person will only see real growth and action every 10-15 years, few people have that sort of stubbornness and drive, which makes this invasion so perfect! That animosity towards demon has never been higher! Demons ate usually simple, kill everything, and easy to spot and run from. Now people can’t run from them and the fear! And on a side note, this is the perfect invasion for Aeon! At his current level, he can’t win head to head, but a battle it the soul realm? Just some breeze in his leaves! And the clone tree released on the Southern Continent will cause Aeon to spread, both literally and spiritually! “Aeon the savior! Aeon the reclaimer!” The people of the south will come to see Aeon as a sort of light in the darkness of their despair (or at least some will), something the churches failed to do! (They are failing with the scorched earth warfare, while Aeon is turning the earth against the demons. This is going to be awesome!

For that yes, but I was also thinking for being able to travel through the void without relying on mages, but downside would be they have to go solo and cant bring anyone else with them. Altho that would prob be too op.

If the demon king's main ability is possessing something and attaches itself to Aeon, wouldn't Aeon easily win because nothing can beat a soul tree's soul in its own body? Unless the demon king attaches itself to a hero, having Aeon just absorb the demon king through a clone body should easily destroy the demon king. I just hope this information isn't forgotten and Aeon knows that he's basically immune to the demons.

Exactly! I think that’s a perfect feature to exploit! Wisp said it yo Aeon early in the process with the soul forge! Let’s hope this fact stands true and Aeon goes soul to spirit with the demon king, kicking ass in the process and getting some serious leveling!
