Would you like me to make a Q&A video where you can ask me anything about repairs, retro tech, YouTube, or whatever you’re curious about? Not sure if that’s something you’d be interested in, but let me know what you think!

A Q&A is fun! What first got you interested in retro tech?

M4

What's your background, hoe did you learn about Electronics?

Ivan Knjezevic

I'm interested about your immaculate physique? Does it come from a competitive side like trying to run the fastest or farthest/lifting the heavier/jumping higher? Or is it simply about a lifestyle/health?

SMKellat

What were your studies in school focused on?

Todd Pollman

Who would win in a fight, Mario or Luigi?

Sam Meek

Of course! It's great getting to know about the genius behind repairing and documenting these systems. Out of all the systems that you have had or played with, which would you say is closest to your heart?

Markintosh

Sayaka, what are you studying at University? How did you get into electronics repair?

Wayne Newton

What got you into old computers that were popular long before you were born? I know how great they were/are but I have a hard time getting people your age to understand just how amazing they really were at the time! What do your friends and family think of your hobby?

JLG33

If we're talking about actual questions for Sayaka, then I've got one. What devices do you recommend for connecting old consoles to modern TVs? I saw the video you made recently about the HDMI mod for the PS2. Older consoles and home computers may only have a composite video output, or an RF output. What devices have you tested, and which of those seem to work the best?

Mark Claydon

Where do you manage to find all these old machines, and are they expensive?

mat

Your tech vids are great, but will you also make some more non-tech posts like the workout one?

Shauno

Genuinely curious, do you have a favorite Nintendo/SEGA console?

Cam

My Apple repairs (classic, se). As much as I clean off old solder, when I re-apply fresh, it’s either perfect, or the solder gets lumpy and sticky like it just refuses to flow. For example, one end of a cap is perfect, the side other looks like I used a blow torch. What’s going on here? I’ve never had this on Atari, coleco, or commodore.
