Hi guys! Unfortunately, the video is going to be a little delayed. I usually wear my microphone under my shirt, but besides being uncomfortable, it often picked up rustling noises. So this time I tried a different setup, but unfortunately the audio didn't turn out well...I haven't even finished the video yet, but I've already realized I'll have to re record a few sections, so I'll need a couple more days. Sorry about the delay 😥 In the meantime, here's a few clips from the upcoming video. I'm working on a NEC PC 8300!

Hi Sayaka, thanks for the update 😊. What a shame about the microphone, but don't worry, we'll be happy to wait 👋🏻😊

thank you so much Giorgio 😥I hope to finish it soon! There have been a few unexpected issues with the repair too!

Set backs happen, very frustrating but you are tenacious! We all look forward to see this video, Sayaka 😃 Not a system I am familiar with so will be interesting (as always) ☺️

Sayaka's Digital Attic

It's not a very well known system, so I'm looking forward to introducing it to more people ☺️

You are a blessing in this world ☺️

Have you tried RØDE mics? Whether wired or wireless they're world class! Just a suggestion.

Sayaka's Digital Attic

Yes! I love Rode mics, they're fantastic. The only issue is that the lavalier version is quite bulky, so it's a bit tricky to clip it to my shirt without it tilting or falling off. That's why I was trying a different position

An overhead shotgun mic may be the way to go. You don't see it on camera. It's been very successful for another YouTube repair channel. I could find out their specific setup for you, if you're interested.

Thanks for the update and for the pictures! Hopefully the re-recording isn't too tedious.
