Hey MCDM Patrons,

It is I, your James Introcaso, here with a new survey all about the MCDM Patreon. There are questions for those of you who read ARCADIA and for those who support us here for other reasons. It's a short survey that should only take about 5 minutes. Your response will help us improve ARCADIA and our Patreon. Let us know what you want to see from us!

Thank you so much for your support of MCDM.

MCDM May 2022 Patreon Survey

Hey all! Thanks for taking the MCDM Patreon survey. We're currently looking at ways to improve ARCADIA and the overall experience for our Patrons. Your answers will help us do that.

There wasn't an option for the "Why?" that really applied to me. I originally joined because I just wanted to support MCDM, now I'm hooked on ARCADIA and can't wait to see what new work you release. Just thought I'd share that here. Y'all are killing it. More of the same, please!

I'm not sure if you are our James Introcaso or another James Introcaso. But i'm going to answer the survey nonetheless

I hope we get to see the results after the survey period. I'd be very curious as to what percentage of people use what, and if I'm the weird one for not running adventures.

Unfortunately I can’t submit the survey without picking my three favorite issues of Arcadia. I don’t know which issue contained what, I may remember some articles I liked in particular, but that’s about it. If the survey is still useful to you without some of the information, you might want to make the answers optional, otherwise you risk people either not submitting or just picking whatever so they can move forward, which would contaminate your data.

Tom Claerebout

Arcadia is a reason I joined the Patreon, but not the primary one. However, if I answer that my primary reason for joining the Patreon wasn’t Arcadia, I don’t get any questions about Arcadia, which seems a bit weird. Do you only want input about it from those who are here mainly for Arcadia?

Joe Howell Wood

Could we get the Arcadia Index made by ReubenHung#4067 linked in the survey? I don't remember exact issues as much and I think having it as a reference would help others like me as they fill out the survey.

Thank you MCDM for helping me come up with a potential concept to help inmates/ex-convicts heal enough to really make changes ... I'm a clinical psychologist, who was "conned" into becoming a DM for several young men who I've been mentoring ... "we wanted to do something with you that wasn't just helping us and you are a good story teller" ... Matt's videos on DMing have been invaluable to my learning how, on top of watching many hours of "The Chain" These young men are enjoying a very different campaign, and one young (relatively) man asked me to adapt this for clinical help for inmates/ex-cons who cannot deal with many issues due to fears of statutes of limitations on events that have scarred them. Thank you as a group so much, this is a least of the ways I can support and ask you continue to help me help them.

David Eppenberger

I said this in my survey as well. There was no "I support MCDM for all of the content they make, not just 'arcadia' or 'the other stuff'." I support you all because of all of the work you do.

I hope we get to see the results after the survey period. I'd be very curious as to what percentage of people use what, and if I'm the weird one for using custom lineages or alternative mounted combat rules (yet).

Stephen Green

In the future, it might be a good idea to label the issues somehow to prevent users from just selecting a bunch if they don't feel like looking back at what each issue was.

Celeborn

Perhaps even having us pick our 5 favorite articles could be more useful
