I downloaded the app but cant log in

Is there a way to deactivate the browser windows? Since you cannot navigate, it's pretty distracting when the clip is being downloaded..

Navigation should work, we forwarded the feedback to the dev team. Also we plan to add more controls to websites in the future to easily mute or add own custom URLs.

Found out about you guys when i download the app through a quest sideloader program. the app already had the username and passsword listed on it. so i guess i didn't need to pay to view the content. but i paid anyways for further production of scenes. while the app did allow me to discover you guys and try it out, I imagine that the freeloaders are eating your bandwidth.

You’re absolutely right about freeloaders, but we’re not focused on fighting piracy. Honestly, we’re kind of impressed by pirates—they put in a crazy amount of time, effort, and skill to make content free for everyone. A lot of them work harder than most regular workers, with so much passion that I often wonder how they stay motivated just to provide free access to content. If they’re not really harming us, we believe we can coexist just fine. We also had a server outage once due to downloads, but everything’s stable now. And for those who appreciate what we do, like you, they’ll find a way to support us. 💪 Oh, and you can now download the latest app directly—no sideloaders needed. Just log in and enjoy! 🚀

GuyInkognito

so this is only compatible with Quest? Any way to get this in Valve Index?

XXXDimension

currently only standalone quest 2/3/pro support, we are working on PCVR versions to release. You can vote for PCVR in our poll to have some influence on our priorities.

Is this for real? I mean, everything looks legit, until the point where you have to download stuff. Nothing gets past the 84% in the loading bar (no matter how many times I click a scene to download or restart). Did anyone else manage to actually test the scenes?

Doughboy

a lot of my downloads get to like 90% and stop. it’s kind of annoying trying to these to download properly and move the scene around. i saw a video where someone made the model really small and was moving it around easily. i can’t figure out how

XXXDimension
>>150968908

Hey Doughboy! To scale the model, make sure you’ve got some distance from it, then use both controllers to grab and bring your hands together to scale down. It can take a bit of practice! We're working on a detailed tutorial right now to make these controls clearer for everyone. As for the download issue, have you tried clearing the cache yet? You can do this by clicking on the little dots and selecting "cache delete," then try the download again. If the problem persists, could you take a quick screenshot or record a short video and share it in the support section of our Discord? That’ll help us get to the bottom of it faster. Thanks for your patience!

Hey André! Thanks for reaching out. Just to get a better idea of what's happening, could you let us know where you're based? We're still in the process of setting up a more robust CDN and improving our network distribution globally. We've even had some users from China confirm that downloads are working on their end, so I want to dig into this a bit more. Are you experiencing this issue with the 3XD Scenes or the SFW scene in the main menu? And does it happen with every scene you try to download? We rolled out an update a few days ago that we thought had fixed most of these download problems, so your feedback is really helpful. Let’s get this sorted out for you! 🙏

Just a quick update: we currently have about 4 members experiencing login issues. We know it's a hassle, and I want you to know that we're actively working on improving the entire login process. Our goal is to make it much easier and smoother for everyone in the near future. Thanks for bearing with us – better access is on the way!

Thanks for checking! I tried again last weekend but unfortunately was still stuck on the downloading. Will probably give it another try this weekend

bmx97

Hello The installation went well but when I click on the scenes to launch them nothing happens. Thank you for helping me please

XXXDimension
>>152869859

usually if you click a thumbnail/scene, the download should start. after the download is finished you can watch the content

bmx97

Hello, I don’t understand, I tried many times to play the scenes but it never works except once for an unknown reason. I have a standalone quest3 and I have 50GB of free space. I have another problem. Sometimes I have a password and user problem when I entered the email and password correctly. Is there a username to put or a random one enough? Thank you for helping me to enjoy this beautiful application

XXXDimension
>>153424384

Here’s how it works: you can save your login details so you won’t have to re-enter them each time. When saving a profile, you can even choose a random username to make logging in easier. Now, when you click to download a scene, do you see the loading bar? Does it finish or get stuck? Normally, it should hit 100% and reset so you can download again if needed. In the future, we’re adding a download manager to give you a full overview of all downloads, making it much easier to track progress.

I am trying to login but get "login service is unavailable, try again later"

bmx97

Thank you for your assistance. But I have something curious. When I open voluverse and I’m on volucap.com, I always manage to open the yoga scene. However, impossible when I connect to 3XD:-(

Just spoke with the dev team! Your login is working and only download is stuck? The latest update brought up a rare download issue, so they’re pushing out version .39 within the next few hours to address it. Quick heads up, though: since this fix hasn’t been fully tested, a few new bugs might pop up. Also, we’re working on our servers in the background to keep everything running smoother for the future. Thanks for hanging in there—software development is no joke! With so many interconnected parts, fixing one area can sometimes lead to issues in another. Also, we’re currently integrating their new web standard on our site, so soon, you’ll be able to go directly to xxxdimension.com to log in to our servers, making everything cleaner and more streamlined.

new version should now be online, you might be the first to try it. Let us know if it solved your issue.

I believe in you I was convinced that an app like 3XD exists but it took me 6 months to find you :-( It would be nice to be referenced on sites like arporntube.com or lewdvrgames.com. just need to work ;-D And ideally, you can not scan Gabbie Carter ?

bmx97
>>153493890

Sorry I didn’t see your second message. I will be able to check on Thursday but I keep you informed without fail ;-) Hate to try the new version :-D

bmx97

Hello 3XD The future is on!! : -D It's extraordinary, well done !! It works for me by registering the login, it crashes by the button login ounce I hope you will have the opportunity to scan pornstars like Gabbie Carter or Blake Blossom, or even better to revive former pornstars who missed VR like Sensual Jane or Jasmine Black :-D The scenes experimentations with several scenes at once it's wonderful !! Continue to perform We are counting on you ;-D

Gateway145

It says login service unavailable when I try to use login.
