Here's a quick form to help keep track of which print(s) each person wants.

Do note that if you don't fill out this form you'll be sent the clothed version by default.

This survey is for patrons that've already paid for their CrispyMail and want to choose which prints they want. If more than one print is selected you'll be invoiced via paypal for the additional add-ons. I haven't decided yet if I'm allowing additional stickers to be ordered, but if interested let me know in the "Additional note/request" section.
