Ok guys so I think I'm realizing ppl might prefer topic specific "masterclass" type videos over track breakdown type videos. I made this poll to try and get a better idea of what ppl get most hyped about from this patreon.

Btw, I recently recorded a 3 episode track from scratch series that I'm pretty happy with. That will be coming in a few weeks after some EP content drops!

POLL - What content do you look forward to most?

Cherry

I would love to see sound design and layering masterclasses! The process of making various different sounds from scratch, processing it and layering it to be ready for a project

Presence

At the end of the day, whatever you provide is significant and helpful, the community is here to support you

Braydon

Project breakdowns and sample packs all day

Wextrax

Song structure masterclass would be dooooope. Especially for songs where the vocal is heavily featured and/or remixes where you want to retain the content from the verses. I keep running into an issue where I use a hook vocal for a build then the drop takes up the next 16 bars and it feels awkward having the listener sit through a verse+hook+build to get to the next drop etc.

Would love to see more technical content on how you use SPAN and sound design with serum. Patches would go a long way as well. Not sure if you’ve shared your fm sub, reese patches or risers but I’ve noticed these are staples in your sound and it’d be cool to have access to these or learn how to build our own. Appreciate this content bro it’s been super helpful seeing your workflow and mindset.

Myles Lenger

For sure sound design, drop theory, and anything that really helps generate ideas. Your videos have already been insanely helpful!

Savage Habits

Can you do a class on drop melodies? Or where to start specifically with hybrid trap. Also how many layers you need it in a song or different kinds of sounds?

[REKT]

Sound design, workflow (detailed track breakdowns), and tricks/techniques you use on every track.

Erik Rios

Definitely sound design sessions! Like showing your process and explaining the theory like starting with simple wave tables and then what effects to add to make it THICC. Or maybe starting with samples and how to process it. Or whatever your process is.

Devin Chavez

Definitely would love some more videos on work flow, what to do when you get stuck on an idea, and how to polish that last little bit when finishing a track.

Andy

How to get groove going - not with the drums, but with the Bass interplay and then all the other elements. EG what timbres do you look for when selecting sounds for call and response, what is your thought process

Enki

Your general thought process behind processing chains, primarily when making your own sounds from scratch. How to get sounds clean and fat, so they're usable in a track. Not only that, but how to make the quality of your sounds consistent between sounds to the point you can put them in the same pack, idk if that makes sense

B4Z.music

I neeeeeed a how to achieve super tight, clean but loud mix and master (masterclass)
