Can I make a suggestion? Add up votes from the previous poll add up over time (until you make a set out that character) that way the less popular character get a chance to reach the top once in a while. Or maybe after a poll do the most popular and a random pick with a with a proportional chance (to the number of votes) for the other characters. It would be nice seeing those less know characters have a chance.
