Some Unfinished Business (Patreon)

Howdy folks! Today I wanna talk about some unfinished business that I have with… a bunch of stuff. It’s nothing negative, I assure you, and if anything, there are some things that I wanna celebrate!

The Next Homebrew Is…

This is probably what you’re here for, so let’s get to that right away! Last week, I released a video on how to run a Nemesis-style Hunter in D&D. In it, I mentioned that it was supposed to come with a companion subclass alongside the homebrew rules. I say, “supposed to,” ‘cos ultimately I didn’t have enough time to add it in.

That video did… numbers. It’s currently sitting at a 9/10, which does wonders for a YouTuber’s confidence, haha. If you haven’t seen it yet, I hope you give the [video] a chance!

The subclass is called the Path of the Bioadvent, and it’s inspired by the Tyrants of Resident Evil. It has some cool mutation mechanics that let you alter yourself constantly mid-battle. It’s a little more complex than your usual Barbarian subclass, but I think I landed the right notes. You can check out the [Beta version] already by becoming a [Militia member]!

I Have Something Cool For You

Wait, wait, don’t click off just yet! Today, I’ve got some cool things that I encountered that might be worth your time.

Are you guys familiar with Mystic Arts? He’s a professional writer and director who’s been tearing up the D&DTuber spaces for the past year.

He was kind enough to give us a coupon code! If you become a [Mystic Arts Patreon] member, use the code NIGHT-TRAIN to get 15% off your first month. But you need to hurry up, ‘cos this code is valid until November 6 only! He recently created an amazing train-based adventure, which you can access for free with the Adept tier.

Would You Like 35% Off Homebrew?

I still have one more cool thing to share with you.

November is gonna be a little lean on new subclasses, ‘cos I’m going on vacation from the end of November to mid-December (more on that later). So this puts me in a bind.

On one hand, I wanted to commit more time to designing the Ex-Aid, but on the other hand, I still need to make videos so the channel still grows.

So instead, I’ll make some cool [Versus Battles]! Help me decide the match-up for the fight by answering this [form], and you’ll get 35% off on all items in our Ko-Fi shop!

Update on The Ugly Goblin’s Cookbook

My last two videos were sponsored by The Ugly Goblin and his new Kickstarter: The Ugly Goblin’s Cookbook! This isn’t a sponsored post, but I do wanna give an update:

And they reached the goal! If you were one of the 266 backers, I highly appreciate you. TUG is a personal friend of mine, and I really wanted to see his project succeed. So seeing it fully funded makes me really happy for him. I think you can still give a late pledge? If you want to see it, here’s my [affiliate link].

Extra Life

And last but not least, Extra Life is upon us! There will be YouTubers, games, and giveaways! I’ll let these pictures speak for themselves, but before anything, head over to this [YT link] to get notified about the live.

A Small Life Update

I’ll be going to Japan with my family by the end of November and then back by mid-December. I haven’t had an out-of-town vacation in a while, so I’m pretty excited for this trip. The last time MC and I were in Japan was in 2023. But that’s a story for another time!

Talk to Me!

We’re nearing the end of the year, and the channel has jumped by quite a bit. So sound off in the comments for any type of content you wanna see, or if you just wanna say hello! Any [membership tier] also gives you access to our exclusive Discord server if you want to directly interact with me and other Toku-loving D&D players!
