Simulate Mesh (Cloth) > Cloth (Blender Hooked):

 Hooked simulation, allows you to control

 simulated cloth in realtime for cloth

 wearing, hair cage simulation, or stripping animation.

Select the path for the downloaded asset library in your addon preferences. This is required for the optimize tools and future asset releases. Installation video can be found here
