Ryuma’s feat was about cutting the head off a dragon, not necessarily beating it, even though that would obviously defeat the dragon. So Zoro can still say he did the same thing. The point was just being strong enough to behead it, not really about defeating it on his own. Which Zoro could’ve done easily anyway
