That after credits blurb is what I "affectionately" call Shinigami's Cup: Golden. That's what it sounds like in the show, anyways. They are usually little fun side stories of happenings off-screen. There's a fun set that introduced us to the Shikai release of 4th seat healer's zanpakto. We learned about it because Kon took over his body, somehow. Usually they are continuation of filler episode bits. We do get a few that feature Don Kinonji (Bwah-Ha-Ha guy), Ichigo's sisters, the more normal high school friends (Tatsuki, etc), and some fun add-ins of Seireitei 13 Court Guard Squad's female's only meeting, led by Yachiru (Kenny's vice captain) and Rangiku.

I think this is the perfect time to mention that the shinigami guy talking about a little girl's pants (Im irked even typing this) at the beginning of episode 215 is a self-insert, by a director who changed many things from the source material, for god knows what reason. He also self-inserted himself during the episodes when the Kurosaki family visited their mother's grave, to stir the relationship between Rukia and Ichigo in a more romantic way, although the ACTUAL author Tite Kubo never intended. He was also pushing for Orihime to be more of a damsel than the author wanted and so on. That director is a genuine weirdo and we were all celebrating when we heard he's not directing TYBW.

Are ya'll calling Yumichika #4? He should be number 4 but since he hates the way 四 looks, so he decided to take the #5 position because 五 looks closer to his ideal 三. He cant be #3 due to Ikkaku having the spot.

TKOhhh

How did they get away with it so much back then that's insane. So glad Kubo has way more direction on this new stuff

TKOhhh

yes! He's number 5 but we call him 4 or peacock. It's definitely a bit confusing to follow I'm sure haha.

There is so much more to talk about here, but it's over at least. Das why we hyped for yall to reach TYBW !!

What is this higher quality version you found?

fyi. Travis Willingham from Critical Role did great as Charlotte in the dub. I prefer the sub overall, but that shit was amazing
