[Announcement] Paused billing. Paypal Issues. (Patreon)

Hello everyone.In this post I'll be elaborating on the Paypal issues I mentioned in yesterday's devlog.With the Steam crackdowns, and payment processors playing censors, it seems things are conspiring against me and other nsfw devs.Paypal decided to freeze my funds, their support is unresponsive. I've tried both sending money to my animators for their work and transfering funds to my bank account. Both are disabled.My only other available payout option on here is Payoneer (might change in the future, as another dev I know recently got the option to pay out directly to bank account), but I've had constant issues trying to set it up.So, since I can't payout or access the money that my supporters are getting billed for, I've decided it's best that I pause billing for the time being while I try to sort this out.

As you can see, no existing members will be billed until the 22nd of October.And if needed, I'll extend that.Also, one of the members on Discord let me know that Paypal blocked their payments/subs to nsfw devs. They said:

So perhaps consider changing your billing methods as well, if you don't want your other nsfw subs to potentially be cancelled suddenly.If I for some reason cannot resolve this payout issue by the end of next month when EP6 is supposed to release... then I think I'll instead be releasing an extended EP6 (would be longest episode so far) on Steam in December, and then shortly after on Itch for those of you who can't access adult games on Steam.Hopefully I'll sort the payout issues before then.The Early Access launch on Steam was planned for December anyway, I just didn't anticipate that it'd be the debut for ep6 as well.I continue to work on the game as normal in the meantime.So for now, wishlist the game on Steam :)Moonripple Lake on Steam
