Splash art of our boi Luther! (Patreon)

For a while now I wasn’t happy with the art style of the game- it was good, but I thought, it could be better. I just didn’t know how to fix it at the time, and I felt I was getting nowhere. But after taking a step back, doing some more thinking while looking at shows and games I liked, I slowly figured out, with the help of the team(and many coffee breaks), a few things I could tweak.

After dozens of little failed pieces of art, I finally landed with this Splash art-- a piece I’m happy to say I feel has improved the art style.

P.S. The tweaks are actually pretty minor, we just made Luther’s head slightly smaller, made the lineart thinner, and added slight texture to the shadows-- it doesn’t sound like much, but even small changes can add up to something BIG!
