I could imagine a movie that starts out like a Christmas hallmark movie (romance, big city bf who's too focused on earning money, emotional cheating with small-town guy, breakup with big city workboy, new relationship with small-town guy). But small-town guy turns out to be a serial killer, and it turns into a horror, and the ex bf has to come save his ex gf. And then after some very intense psycho-horror themed stress, the small-town guy/serial killer gets arrested, and it turns into a surrealist Christmas comedy. The big city bf has a 3 ghosts Christmas carol event, but it's super avant-garde for no reason. That's it, that's the tri-genre trifecta.

Side Effects. It's not comedy then horror, but it does feel like two or three genres that bleed into eachother. First a legal/psychological drama, then it shifts into a detective/noir type vibe, then a thriller. It's also a well made movie.

the final step in geoffs plan, much like the past supervillians before him, is to turn us into his army mini-me's to act in his stead. This being the calmest and most peaceful ep in no small part due to the fans is more than an affront, its a diss Grace! Amirs (olden) age was only mentioned like thrice and NO ONE yelled any catchphrases at eachother, we're a shame... fully had to wait a few days to see this cause i was scared of Obsession spoliers but it was worth the wait, new core four with Sabrina??

A great movie of two halves/ two genres is 'Fresh'. If you haven't seen or heard anything about it, don't look it up, it'll spoil it. Just watch it to get the full experience.

Also come make it in the UK and I can sort you SFX and costume crew, Manchester has so many film studios. XD
