A conversation... a look... and then one of them finally gives in.

This animation is meant to capture that exact moment when words aren't enough anymore. One kiss naturally leads to another until they end up on the sofa or the bed without ever breaking the flow of the scene.

It includes both sofa and bed versions, making it a perfect transition between dialogue scenes and more intimate moments, or simply as a romantic scene on its own.

This week was almost entirely dedicated to the kissing animation and touch up for the sitting idle/talk pack.

I wanted to get it to a point where I was happy enough to finally share it with you.

That said... I also wanted to be honest.

It's one of those animations where I can clearly see what I'd like to improve. Some head movements still feel a little stiff to me, and there's unwanted shaking toward the end of the full-body transition for the top sim.

Usually, when I notice issues like these, I know exactly how to fix them... but this time, I just couldn't quite get there. I know what's causing it, and I know what I would need to change, but that would mean redoing almost everything and hoping it turns out clean this time. It would also mean reducing the full-body movement, which would make the Sims feel stiff and unnatural. And honestly, I don't really feel like redoing everything. When I spend too long on an animation, I start feeling like I'm going a little crazy! So in the end, I'm happy enough with it, even if it's not quite as perfect as I would have hoped.

I guess kissing scenes are something I still have a lot to improve my skills!

It's a little frustrating, but it's also part of the process. Every animation teaches me something new, and I'll definitely keep practicing until I can create exactly what I have in mind.

Now it's time to move on to the next project!

I'll be starting a new NSFW standing animation this week.

And once that's finished, I'd really like to create a continuation of the kissing scene, so it can naturally lead into the next moment... Real NSFW this time! just like I've been enjoying doing with my recent animation sequences.
