Hey folks,

if your pledge was declined this month or you're having issues getting access to the newest content. Please follow the instructions above.

We're sorry for the troubles folks, sadly we have zero control about these things.

It seems like those problems only occur when using Credit Card, so if you have a Paypal account we recommend to switching to it.

Hi everyone, as you know we're noticing an unexpectedly high number of payment declines. We're sorry for the frustration this has caused and we're doing all we can to help creators get paid by working with our payment partners and continuing to retry payments. More info below.

We feel your frustration, we are upset too to tank such a hit on our numbers after working our asses off to release two content patches last month.

Kace

Which is why it's so frustrating. You guys do fantastic work, you really do. And I wanted to help support. But with Patreon being buggy and PayPal having 6 hoops to jump through (even with a correct e-mail, password and verification code, they require 2 security questions and a phone number registered in my name or my 3 year old Debit Card number) So, I am going to be patient, and please, continue the good work.

This problem actually triggered a bank account freeze with Bank of America - They paused by debit card as part of their consumer protection program. I have a suspicion this is something more than just a problem with cc processing sadly.

Katfeathers

I am highly certain it has some spici of BS involved

Mystery

Mine was declined but its fixed now. just had to submit it manually.

John Raatz

yeah, had to call the bank to get this issue fixed. love how the banks protect our money and then force us to call them so we can assure them that we know how to properly spend our own money....grrrrr

Kace

BS has been resolved, on my end at least

Wandering Ghost

My credit card company tried to flag it as an unknown overseas transaction, all I did was approve it.
