Roundscape 2.0 Bugfix Release (Patreon)

Hey folks!

As you see you no longer redownload the whole game for smaller patches. :)

1. Download 2.0 here

2. Download the bugfix (Attached to this post)

3. Replace the files (Check readme for more informations)

2.0 Bugfix

- The Lever during "Dam" Mission now works as intended

- The Ornesse Pub can now be entered without any freezes. 

- Bugtest NPC in front of Ornesse Pub has been removed

- You're no longer able to travel to Ornesse before you're reached the quest related point in the mainstory. Also Xas won't unlock before the summeredge mainstory event.

 - The game will now proberbly fade in when you encounter anza and if you decide to kill her

-  You're no longer able to stuck inside the factory with levius if you're skipping to fast through the dialogue before.

- Travelling through the bridge at valorn now first directs the player to the valorn forest area as intended

- Carys now actually leaves when your corruption level is too high

- The player is no longer granted "super-speed" after being imprisoned in act III

-  Zent Ending Slide text fixed 

-  Meredith's skill "Invocation" now removes stuns instead of adding one

Hey, bit unrelated to this update, but related to the game. In Xas, Ursila gets raped by the elf guard, and we can either enjoy watching it happen, or stop it from going too far. And this is where my question comes in. What happens further in the game progression if Ursila is saved, and what happens if we let Ursila get raped? I'm not looking for whether or not some party members gets affection, corruption gains or losses, those are showed in the game as it happens. I'm more wondering if there is benefits to saving Ursila or not, like if she is saved, she will show up later on giving you money, a new place to explore, castle defense, help in a major battle, or something like that.

I have a problem when I put the bugfix in when I try to load up the game it says "Type error cannon read property "name" of nulll"

I think helping her gives you some bonus points from the orcs (as in they are more likely to help ya/support you)

Alright, so not saving her won't exactly ruin anything from being easier then?

Do I need to start a new game for the bug fixes to work? Meredith's heal is still stunning me

The same thing has happened to me as well. I really have no clue why you guys thought that making an healing ability that stuns your own allies is a good idea in the first place. I really hope that we also get to see an increase the amount of abilities that each character are able to posses. That would really be something nice to add to this so far entertaining game. But then again I have not reached lvl 20+ again. So who knows you guys might already have done that ;)

It was never intended to stun an ally in first place, that's why its a bugfix, hehe.

A shame that is does not work yet for me at least. It seems that the ability text have been updated correct though :)

This was the first time we provided a real bugfix instead of a complete redownload of the full game, next time we know what files to include.

after the bug fix i get this message Type error cannon read property "name" of nulll" when load in saved game i have my game saved in Ornesse

Yeah, not saving her makes it harder for you to recruit the orcs in their faction encounter.

It's just great to see that there a clear sings that part of it already works :) It sure makes it a lot easier :) I hope you guys can do the same for upcoming patches :) I sure am looking forward to seeing more Arenus content as well :)

just got to Summeredge and the game just "closed" no error nothing jsut up and Closed i didnt hit anything but down on my Keypad

Question; when you reduced the screen resolution to help people with lag/stuttering why didnt you update the h scene pics? Right now the pics are just cut off. On a related note since this scene is one of the more obvious cutted off pics, you're still stuck if you trigger the first meredith scene in the stable. You can ofcourse get out of it if you use your horse but dont think that is what you intended.

I have a question about Carys, the futa furry that you can recrute. Do she not come with you if you are to corropted, because last time i try to recrute her she did go with her father.

thanks for the bug report for getting stucked in the meredith stable scene. For the cut off hentai pictures, can you name some scenes where you noticed this? I'm pretty sure we've resized the pictures but it may be we've missed a few.

Yeah, Carys only joins your team if you're and your companions are not corrupted.

if you become corropted, after you recrute her, do she leave.

One thing I would really love to see with the final release for Roundscape would be some kind of story and scene outline. A fair number of the quests still aren't in the quest log and some scenes are somewhat elusive. Anyway still love the game keep up the good work all.

I think I found a bug. I'm in the deep woods and just met the elf girl. She wants me to talk to the elder but I can't speak to him at all.

Just thought I'd report a potential bug.... I'm well into act 3 and completing the Ansa questline but but for some reason I can't see even half of the H-scene's I've unlocked. is this on purpose or a bug. am I doing something wrong?

So I haven't been able to find any information anywhere so I thought I'd ask here. The demon from the portal in the strange room that you have a connection to if you did the Templar origin is there actually a cure or is that not something that can happen?

Not sure if this is a known bug, (slightly reluctant to mention it heh) but After getting Jorn> I believe the name is to unlock buildings and upgrades. There is a sign near the castle door. I'm able to click on it and go to the inn and the beach without having spent money to unlock them.

Im having an issue with certain maps appearing entirely black. I can still move around (blindly) so theres no way to progress further. At the moment I am stuck with the map where you first sail to ornesse in the first act.

the other two maps i had issues with were the farmlands of summeredge and in the deep woods with erika and the plant.
