As always, your art is delicious and the angst is so tasty

Welcome to the trauma club. What are the limits of the miraculouses healing/revive powers to restore the holder to "default". A headshot is definitely doable, but what is if for instance she lost an arm in a fight, would it "respawn". Or if worst case, she's in pieces after an explosion. And to what extent can it heal pre existing injuries like for instance spinal damage.

It can heal all the worst damage to a certain extent, the worse the damage the more likely the person will have some permanent effect (it also depends on how long the cure took to be activated). If she lost her arm in battle (which she has) she ends up with a scar in the area it was reattached and pain, it lasts a few days, sometimes aching randomly afterwards. However if it had taken too long, it would be permanent. It's why death is possible in my AU, and Mr. Bug carries the burden of that when he learns the truth, he wasn't supposed to have the ladybug, because he can't use its full power, and that means he can't bring back people who died early in the akuma attack

Do those same healing powers also extend to there civilian self outside of there "uniform" without active miraculous ? Example a normally fatal car accident. Can they also walk away from that. Do they still biologically age normal like every one else around them or does the Miraculous also slow down that or stops it completely.

The miraculous does improve their human bodies as long as they are bonded to it, so they do have better healing factors and senses, it's not perfect though as they are humans. If they aren't killed they can heal but how much depends on the damage and their bond, for the car crash example, if they lost a leg during it, they wouldn't magically get it back, it would just close before they can bleed out. As for aging, they age normally!
