Hey everyone! Today I’m excited to share the soundtrack for The Night We Met – A My Girlfriend's New Kink Prequel. The song hints at some events that will happen during the evening, with a little foreshadowing tucked inside, but it’s subtle, and you probably won’t catch it without the right context.

On a personal note, I had a small issue with one of my eyes today, but thankfully it’s nothing serious, and development on the next episode is going great.

I’ve been experimenting a lot with AI lately and created tons of amazing animations, which I’m already implementing into The Night We Met. I can’t wait for you all to play it and see which Route you choose first.

Oh, and I almost forgot: I’m also using AI to create music, and I’ve already composed 16 songs specifically for this story!

I liked it. The lyrics have me scratching my head, though, since I'm a fan of happy endings and what the lyrics suggested was... ....ok; you have me anxious for the new update now. I'm wondering what the big curveball will be. ;)

Let’s just say there will be plenty of Routes to choose from, but I think we all know which one will be the canonical one. It will be a happy ending for some characters, but for others it will end in disappointment.

I have a huge library of music. I could probably write a book on just AI in music and especially in games. There is not enough space on Patreon 😉. I always thought music was one of the most important parts of a game. It was due to the fantastic music from one developer that I learned about discord while trying to find him. It his music that started everything I do today helping game developers and learning to build a game myself. AI music has changed a lot for game developers. They can create a song with their own lyrics that fits the game far better than spending a ridiculous amount of time looking for a fitting song that they may never find anyway. You have done a great job with this song. Unfortunately, many song writers would not be happy. "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn" Gone with the Wind 😛.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve also had a lot of fun creating songs for my VNs and for myself. I was genuinely surprised by how easy it is to create them. What’s funny is that shortly before discovering AI music generation tools, I had commissioned a song for almost $100, needless to say, I was pretty disappointed, and you’ll never hear it in any of my games. So I’m really happy that, for just a few dollars a month, I can compose a huge number of songs in completely different genres, both vocal and instrumental, and that can loop seamlessly on their own. So expect lots of new tracks in the next episode :3
