Sometimes I will feel so confident in my work, and then my algorithm will show me an artist that completely blows me out of the water. The famous quote, "Comparison is the thief of joy", comes to mind; But I don't want to be happy, I want to draw better!

I'm half joking, but I really do want to improve my work. The first thing I want to work on is my 'composition'. I'm nearing the end of this project, and I wish the parts fit better more cohesively. It's sort of just a bunch of separate scenes. Not that I think it will turn out badly, I just wish they flowed together more seamlessly. I might have a solution.

I need to start fully planning out my animations. Start to finish, make a full storyboard animation. It would help with time planning as well; I should be able to better estimate how long the whole animation will take. Of course, I love spontaneity, and so I'm not against adding in scenes that I think of on the spot. But at least I will have a guideline as to where I'm going. Next big project, I will try this idea out :)

Finishing up this scene, gonna make it loop this week. I also added a sketch I drew this morning. I really like this twisting, stretched out pose. I just can't stop making more work for myself lol. I will probably work on this, and I'll try to do some more audio this week so I don't have to do it all at once later on.

That's all for now! See you next week :)

Animating an aphrodisiac liquid being poured so smoothly over the clit like that is INSANE. I'll be happy for ya if I have to, cause everything you animate just keeps getting better.

Haha thank you silver :) Yes some kinda aphrodisiac is what I was going for! I think I'll make the background a little darker so that the goo stands out a bit better

I can't think of a 2D artist better than you. There are incredible artists out there who have aspects you greatly admire, but the fluidity of some of your shots, the way you combine very short shots that don't loop, the color finish, the line art, and the physical feeling that each action conveys are things only you do so well. But it's true, a storyboard is very useful (I'm about to start my manga and I've realized that writing the script isn't enough). Have a great week!☺️

Thanks sergio :) I'm giving it my all so I appreciate that! Yeah, I think a storyboard will help so much. Sometimes I'll write a sort of 'script' for big projects as well, but it never seems to work. I need a visual plan to organize all the separate scenes to really get them to flow together. I wish you good luck with starting your manga, tell me how it goes!

Thank you so much. I'm currently learning a lot about perspective, backgrounds, and integrating people into environments in a believable way. It's very hard, but I draw every day, take weekly private lessons, and my teacher is very talented, so I'm in good hands. Regarding your work, the effort really shows. A storyboard might not always be essential, but I'm looking forward to seeing how it could influence your next pieces. Perhaps there would be a bit more dialogue before and during the scene?) Have a good week too
