This week on MSB: Victory episode 48, plus... Maria makes things right by making everything worse, Warren gives Elisha exactly the kind of pep talk we'd expect from a thirteen year old boy, Thom is forced to acknowledge thinking some Kagatie-like thoughts, and we break out our cork boards and our red string to tie it all together. Please listen to it!

Show Notes

Mobile Suit Breakdown is written, recorded, and produced within Lenapehoking, the ancestral and unceded homeland of the Lenape, or Delaware, people. Before European settlers forced them to move west, the Lenape lived in New York City, New Jersey, and portions of New York State, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut. Lenapehoking is still the homeland of the Lenape diaspora, which includes communities living in Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and Ontario.

You can learn more about Lenapehoking, the Lenape people, and ongoing efforts to honor the relationship between the land and indigenous peoples by visiting the websites of the Delaware Tribe and the Manhattan-based Lenape Center. Listeners in the Americas and Oceania can learn more about the indigenous people of your area at https://native-land.ca/.We would like to thank The Lenape Center for guiding us in creating this living land acknowledgment.

Asdraxx

Hi, I'm the new patron Asdraxx! Thank you so much for all your great work and I can't wait to listen to your coverage of G Gundam, which is the first Gundam show I've watched! Since I recently watched CCA (and then listened to all of Season 4 of the podcast), I'd like to know if you're interested to make a special episode on the relationship between the various novelizations since Zeonic has translated the novels (which include some afterwords by Tomino) and many other useful sources about Hi-Streamer (which originally wasn't supposed to be a "longer version of CCA") and Beltorchika's Children, or if you'll briefly talk about this topic during your coverage of Hathaway in the future. The story behind the creation of CCA is very interesting!

GundamPodcast

Hey Asdraxx! We're thrilled you're enjoying the podcast so much. We'd love to go back and cover certain things again in more depth, especially when lots of new information has come to light or been translated (Nina will tell you that Thom is always talking about re-doing Season 1!) But there's so much more Gundam waiting for us in the future that we can't justify going back in time... at least not yet!
