MSB Commissions! (Patreon)

Last fall we started "MSB Commissions," a project to dedicate a portion of the money from the MSB Patreon to supporting other fans creating Gundam-inspired work. Every month we commission some fan work - illustration, writing, music, gunpla, etc. and when it's done we share it!

Beware! This post contains mobile suits that haven't yet been covered in the Mobile Suit Breakdown podcast as of February 17, 2020.

For the inaugural commission project we worked with www.twitter.com/thezjeorno who created an illustration of MSB hosts Thom and Nina with their favorite Zeta Gundam mobile suits! You can find (and buy) more of his work over here: https://www.inprnt.com/gallery/zjeorno/

Next we worked with www.twitter.com/OZKai (http://studioozkai.blogspot.com/, https://www.patreon.com/studioozkai) on an illustration, entitled "Deceitful Empress" of everyone's favorite Zeta Villain. We have the original in our studio now!

Riffing on our logo of a Gundam head equipped for podcasting with microphone and headphones,  https://twitter.com/ksen_otaku (https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/7302703) created this illustration of a Rick Dias recording for the AEUG Broadcasting Channel.

Just completed, it's a Katamari Damacy/Gundam mashup to celebrate Nina's favorite game series! Art is by  @RainMirage_Art (https://ko-fi.com/rainmirage)!

We have more projects in the works right now and we are always looking for more artists and more ideas so feel free to reach out and pitch us a concept!
