Glad to see the second episode up already. Arcane, especially season 1, always struck me as a beautiful setup of dominoes - each character and their actions are a result of their goals, ideals, and circumstances rather than authorial fiat or conventional antagonist/protagonist tropes. Regarding schedule I'd selfishly ask for more than 1 per week, but whatever you decide is fine.

So if you just let Arcane play without paying full attention, you’ll miss a lot, and if you talk whilst watching, you’ll miss even more. Arcane is very complex, and there are lots of details in the scenes and dialogues that are easy to miss. And besides, it generally annoys me when someone talks during dialogues. I find overlapping voices annoying, and I also think it’s rather rude to interrupt someone. That’s why it generally bothers me when people talk during films. That’s why I mainly watch reaction videos where people pause when they want to make a point, rather than just talking over the scene. And if someone talks too much during dialogue, I usually stop watching; in this episode, you’re very close to the limit of what I can deal with, unfortunately.

Your commentary and watch along style is good. Don't let the haters hate. If they want to watch the show without your input, they can just watch it in their own time. The same ones will bitch if you start pausing constantly throughout the show.

I’ve shared my opinion here because you brought up the topic. And yes, I find it rude and unpleasant when someone cuts someone else off, even if it’s just a fictional character. But as I’ve already said, you’ll be doing yourself a favour if you listen rather than talk during the dialogues. It doesn’t bother me that I miss the dialogue, because I already know Arcane practically inside out anyway. What does bother me is when you miss something because you’re talking. It’s a bit hard to explain, but I’ve watched lots of Arcane reactions and quite a few people have missed things simply because they were talking during dialogues, and later they asked exactly what was said in those very dialogues when they were talking instead of listening. That’s when I think, ‘You should just have listened instead of talking’. Just as an example.
