Ashley Schultz

I love that they sang everything as that filmed. They’re both truly so talented.

Breanna Davis

Yes Wicked!!!! The wizard and I has never sounded better!

Miranda

Why they saying Melinda though 😭

GINA R

This movie is amazing! Should be required to watch and learn by all!

Jen Beattie

Love this so much!! So glad to see more Wicked!!!

Katie

Wait was your closet always green, or is that on purpose

Mady Yost

who is melinda 😂😂

Katie

I was expecting the Taylor Swift dictionary to be used as one of the books

Kaya

Ugh I cried again watching this! I’ve already seen in twice and will go once a week while it’s in theaters I don’t care!!

Mary (onlyeverthus)

I haven't seen the movie yet (going this Friday, hopefully) but I've been mainlining the soundtrack and I can't wait to see it all on screen. Also I thought I was losing my mind because I had already watched y'all do No One Mourns the Wicked (legit quote Kaniyia every time I listen to it now, "Take YOU away." lol) but getting to see y'all after the movie was great XD Would love to see y'all do more musical theater! And musicals in general 😁 MMMF ❤️

Gabi

Pure joy and excitement watching this video! (and maybe a tear or two)

Kristen Kelly

OMG my worlds are colliding, came here for the Taylor Swift content and as a long-time Swiftie (since ‘06/07), you two are by far the BEST reactors in general but especially LOVE your approach/energy during first-time reactions to music, videos, concerts! Etc. and I’ve seen many….. AND now WICKED!?!!! I saw the musical when I was in high school and have been waiting for it to come to the big screen since I saw it live on Broadway 18 years ago 😬😅👵🏻!! I was nervous when I first heard Ari was who they chose for Glenda even though she has a theater background, but she trained the hell out of her vocals, dances, mannerisms, etc. for this role!! From what I’ve seen so far, I am truly truly impressed with her!!!! And to be clear I never thought she wasn’t talented, I just didn’t know if she could do this role but it is very obvious she killed it! Cynthia is a goddess and was always the right choice. I am so so glad they wrote in new roles to give a nod to the OG’s who brought the characters to life back in 2003 (Kristin Chenoweth as the first Galinda/Glinda and Idina Menzel as the first Elphaba)!! 🩷💚🖤🩵

Sereena Tilbury

Verdigris refers to her green skin colour haha

MsBondsy

🩷 loved this 💚 I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, I love your reactions! They’re the highlights of my day!

CheriMichele

I’ve never seen it but can’t wait to!

Patricia

*sigh* FINE I’LL GO SEE WICKED AGAIN

Danielle

You need to react to "I'm not that girl" 😭

Amy

loved! I too sobbed at the end of it!

Hridayinee

Loved it! Bawling... Me too! I cried 5 times through watching the movie. Anyone match me on that number? 🤣🎭

💜Molly Moore💜

I went and saw the movie for the second time tonight and cried more the second time than the first lol then came home to this and now I’m crying again hahahaha

💜Molly Moore💜

Y’all learning the dance and me over here yelling- it’s on JUST like you can hear me ☠️

amk

such a fantastic movie!! lifelong theater kid and imo I've never seen a broadway musical done so much justice on screen before

Mel

Saw Wicked at capitol theatre in Sydney when I was 16 and it was phenomenal 😍

DrEmily

Verdigris (pronounced without the “s” at the end). It’s a French word meaning bluish green color, specifically referring to the color that the metal copper turns when it is ages (like the Statue of Liberty). The writer and composer of Wicked made cameos in the movie, both in One Short Day in Oz. Winnie Holzman (the writer) is the woman who says a single line announcing that The Wizard of Oz has fulfilled the prophecy with the ability to read from the famed Grimmerie (saying something like “he can read it, he must be a wizard”. And Stephen Schwartz is the guard who pops out and announces “the wizard will see you now” at the end of One Short Day.

avenraine

I’m literally going with my bestie today to rewatch this INCREDIBLE film!! I can’t NOT love Cynthia and Ari in this film, they’re so perfect for their roles (vocally and artistically and just in general) MMMF!!!

avenraine

y’all would really enjoy the Wicked choreographer’s guide through the book dance(s)!! it’s on Instagram :)

Navvy

Terry keeps saying Melinda 😂

Jamie McCormick

You should do “dancing through life” Jonathan bailey is 😍

Kathryn Mosser

Yes ABSOLUTELY “I’m not that girl” And Dancing Through Life is just a fun sequence lol

MVW

Wicked is just phenomenal. I can’t watch it listen without being moved to tears, it is so powerful! Your reactions are a true joy to watch💕

Kent

MMMF 💚

Dreamy Mere

I really think you’ll enjoy this breakdown of the melodies and themes running through the Wicked sound track. There are so many direct nods to the OG Wizard of Oz music. It’s genius. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTYuws2yy/

Hannah Balash

So good! With as much as yall like harmonizing you should be huge Broadway fans just in general!

Hannah Balash

Also Kaniyia must sit in that soprano section at church right? Because she’s got the range!!!

Morgan

SO GOOD

Morgan

No one mourns the wicked makes me so sad

Morgan

This movie was so good

Morgan

Love the video!!

Morgan

Pls do I’m not that girl and dancing through life next

Just Julie

As a huge fan of the original Broadway cast, I was fully prepared to be disappointed by the new renditions… and I totally WASNT! They both did such phenomenal jobs, I was totally blown away!! With that said… “The Wizard and I” is literally my only disappointment. I don’t know if Cynthia was focused on getting her vocals right or what, but I just didn’t feel she was expressive at all in the movie during this one til the very end of it. I feel the original is just so much more expressive. And maybe it’s just me… but I feel Cynthia’s version is just always a little off the beat of the music a bit? It just never seems to breathe comfortably in the pocket. But otherwise… the movie was 100% worth the 20 year wait!

Heyo

Ari had perfect comic timing saw it when she was a judge on the voice

Heyo

Vertigris is when copper items turn green so it’s referencing her skin color

Heyo

Except it’s Galinda not Melinda

Bailee🪩💎🦍🦈

on christmas they’re releasing the sing along version of the movie and i already know yall will be eating it uppppp

Bailee🪩💎🦍🦈

Bailee🪩💎🦍🦈

Linds 💙

Now Terry… 🤣🤣🤣 WHO IS MELINDA?! Melinda the good? Melinda the wicked witch of Milwaukee? LMAO WHO IS SHE ☠️

Breezy

Aww Terry I loved your little pitched up Lala

Miya

In all seriousness, the bookworm in me needs to know what books yall were holding 😂

Ally

I’m fully team Terry AND Kaniyia, but, Terry … I laughed just as hard as Kaniyia. That was absurd and so good at the same time. 😅

Brittany

I’m not that girl is soooooo emotional!! LOVE that yall are doing musicals! MMMF 💚🩷

Tricia

Thank you for sharing your love of broadway and this soundtrack with us! It’s a good balance to the Taylor content (which I also love). There is just something about these larger than life voices and the choruses behind them! So powerful.

Nicole Donnelly

I’m obsessed with “what is this feeling” - the choreography. The entire scene. OBSESSED 😍😍😍

Keri @thirdwishdesigns

Ahhh I'm so glad I could finally watch your wicked videos! I just saw the movie last night and had been avoiding any spoilers. The tears were FLOWING watching that movie omg it was so good.

Katie

I’m not that girl! PLEASE

Erryne

Justice for terry when he hit that Laaa Laaaa

Mandy Knowles

You have me rolling with your “GahLinda” dance moves 🤣😂 nailed it 💗 we loved this movie so much seen it twice and cried my face off both times! Cynthia’s voice sounds like angel bells and Ariana is just hilarious in her role. LOVE THIS!!!

Mandy Knowles

Ariana murdered No One Mourns the Wicked 🔪 💯 👏🏽 straight up !!! Some of the best vocals I have ever heard!!

Jenniyua Chandler

can yall please do twenty one pilots next?? for the lore!!

Jenniyua Chandler

i’m obsessed with this movie!! sing the songs every damn day😩

Bree Woolf

Lmfao!! Not Terry saying “dear Melinda” and “dear Belinda” when he was focusing on getting the dance routine down 😆😆 y’all are the best.

Ashley Hanlon

Could you react to the true broadway version… they are in the movie too. But the bar was set on them. Indina Menzel and kristin chenoweth please…

Kailtin Joy

Omg love your reactions , can’t stop!!! If you love musicals, Evita next with Madonna 🩷

Ashton Jones

you call all the rest of the cast that aren't the featured characters of the song the "ensemble" :)

Ashton Jones

also i believe that most if not all of the songs were sung live during filming!
