Colleen Moore

I hope you both feel better soon! I’ll be keeping you in my prayers. I feel a little of your pain. I was in your shoes in a week ago and went in the emergency room on Christmas Day for a kidney stone. I 10/10 do not recommend.

Lacy mcmanes

Rest. Warm lemon, honey water, nasal lavage and time. Take care of eachother and take your time. 💕

Paige M.

For Terry: steam shower w essential oils or sitting in bathroom w steam shower, sleeping elevated can help chest congestion, laying on your belly can help making breathing a bit easier if it’s difficult.

🪩🐍Sha’ya🐍🪩

Glad you all are taking care of yourselves, my husband and I had a bout of that when we got home from Spain this fall. Lots of fluids!!!

Currently dealing with the same lesson 🤧

Emaleah

I also had to learn this lesson this year 🤦‍♀️Happy New Year and feel better soon!

Kelly

Sleep with a humidifier in the room, Terry should sleep with his head elevated to drain his sinuses. Kaniyia sleep on your stomach, it’s better for your lungs. Chicken soup with alot of garlic and turmeric. Hot decaf tea. Hot showers. Vicks under your nose, on your chest, and all over your feet with socks on. (I’m a mom, and my hubby and a just recovered from this, so it’s top of mind.) Take care of each other but get help from others if you can!

Courtney🔪🤜🏻

That is going around! Me, my sin, my best friend’s son, and my dad all had upper respiratory infections and two had walking pneumonia. Glad you guys got checked out and are on the road to recovery! Terry- take all the mucinex, stay in line of fire of a humidifier, and make some pastina for both of you. Go on TikTok, tons of recipes for it, it REALLY does help. Love you both and can’t wait to see what you bring us in 2025 when you’re healed and ready! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🍾

Trishgal

Best wishes for a speedy recovery, a happy new year and a fantastic 2025!! MMMF love yall 💜

Keri @thirdwishdesigns

Oh man I'm so sorry to hear you guys are going through it. If we can send you anything, let us know! Any good comfort food spots by you?

Amber

I had walkig pneumonia last year, and I'll just caution you to be patient with recovery. It takes awhile to get full lung capacity back. It was really hard not to push it, and I got very bad cabin fever until I went to booktok and loaded up my kindle.

Angela Powers

So sorry you both are so sick! I had recurring bronchitis and upper respiratory infections for two years. (Finally found out I needed my tonsils out) BUT, my saving graces (besides scripts for inhalers/steroids) were over the counter pseudoephedrine 12 hour pill or the pharmacy off brand one and Mucinex blue label 1200 mg twice a day. For cough, the best I’ve gotten over the counter here in northern Indiana is Delsym. For prescription, if it really bad, there’s a pill for cough called, Tessalon Perle and it has a generic version too. I would take that at night so I could sleep and it was amazing. I also used Vicks vapor rub on feet and chest for congestion and maybe coughing some. Also holding a pillow when coughing will help some too. I had broken ribs from coughing and they told me to start holding a pillow on my stomach when coughing. My doc also had me up my vitamin C and D so maybe check with your doc to see if that’s right for you. Sending healing vibes your way. Eucalyptus oil in a bowl of water helped with congestion but it was strong so I only needed a drop or two in hot water. Then used the steam to breathe in from a bit of a distance. Cutting back on my dairy did help with coughing a little too. These all worked for me so just suggestions! Thanks for brightening my day with your videos! Enjoy your videos and just rest!!!🥰♥️

Chandra

I hope you guys feel better soon ❤️‍🩹 I’m going to finally watch the ATW reaction 🤗

Kathy~n~Texas

Bradley, where can I see/hear Chemo? Your son is gorgeous!

lena

hope you feel so much better soon :( i say the same thing!!! If we don’t let ourselves rest, we will eventually be forced to. universe is saying pls. i spent my whole holiday break from work and school sick and sleeping (COVID for me lol, finally on the upswing) soup, water (+ electrolytes), neti pot, hot tea, bath, lots of rest and comfort shows/movies. take care of yourselves and take your time!! can’t wait to have u back besties 👯 happy new year ❤️

Shannon

Please don’t worry about us. Rest!!! I always take elderberry syrup when I’m sick - I add it to tea!

Liam Mcfarlane

One thing that always helps me with sinus issues and upper respiratory stuff is a bowl of hot, steaming water with a drop or two of menthol or eucalyptus oil (not too much though!) then put your head over the bowl with a towel over your head to trap the steam (kinda like your own mini sauna) so that you can gently inhale it. It’ll feel like you’re being burned at the stake (and I’d definitely recommend keeping your eyes closed if you’re using the menthol/eucalyptus) but it really does help loosen everything up and open the sinuses. Hope you’re both feeling better soon, nothing worse than being unwell and especially over the holidays ❤️

Stephanie

I hope you guys feel better soon! Lots of rest and hydration! Lots of time for watching the eras tour on Disney Plus lol love you guys feel better!

Danielle

Feel better! Steam up the bathroom and sit or take a shower. Add some eucalyptus or vicks spray or shower steamer helps before better. Humidifier if u can. Pineapple actual helps soothe throat and urge to cough. Rest and hydration! Oh and saline spray for congestion. Feel better to both of you!

Carolyn Lesniak

I've had walking pneumonia and it's no joke. Relax, rest, and feel better soon, both of you! I hope the meds get you on the mend soon. I'm also ringing in the new year hacking up a lung so I'm with you in spirit! Also, I've found a steamy shower with the vicks shower thingys has been super helpful. As well as my humidifier.

MorganMcKenna

Ugh SO sorry. I get chronic sinus infections and I swear by daily use of Flonase (or generic brand) and if you can get a prescription through your dr it’s also only a few bucks for WAY more in the bottle compared to store bought. If he’s too stuffed up to get the Flonase into his sinuses, use affrin (just the plain kind) and it will clear EVERYTHING out and then once he’s clear use the Flonase so it gets where it needs to go. But don’t use affrin more than 3 days in a row cuz it can thin the membrane over time. Flonase is safe to use daily and I also use it as a preventative in the seasons I get the worst symptoms. Obviously tons of water but also something with electrolytes once or twice a day. I like the propel/gatorade packets. I also add mucinex Guaifenesin once a day to help(after eating). But just the single ingredient pills, not the ones with additional ingredients. It is safe to be taken along side day/nyquil too. Be sure and sleep as much as you can. More is better when you’re sick to help recover, and get some fresh air once a day at the minimum. No walks necessarily but just getting out in the fresh air for 5-10 minutes when you feel ok to.

Crystal

I just got over walking pneumonia. I slept an entire week! That wheezing was the weirdest feeling ever! Prayers for healing and relaxation!

Rachel Cook

Hope you feel better! Thanks for a great year

Kelly

Feel better both of you!!! Lots of rest and water! Tell Terry to take Afrin and Mucinex. Humidifier. Water. Only blow your nose if it's running. If it feels stuffed up and you blow, it will cause your nostrils to become inflamed, therefore making it feel more stuffed up. If you are able to, ask about getting a prescription for XHance. It's a wayyyy stronger Flonase and amazing!! Sit upright because it will help drain everything down. Be careful taking the Mucinex because it truly will loosen everything up... if you know what I mean. However, it will work at clearing up those sinuses. Long time sinus sufferer here. Feel better you guys!

Kristen Kelly

As a primary care physician, I will say this has been an insane year of diagnosing, walking pneumonia, sinusitis, ear infections, etc. you name it and in adults which a lot of these things are not that common as they are in kids and handing out antibiotics like crazy when normally I’m very hesitant to do so. Therefore, with all the travel, you’ve been doing it was probably inevitable cause there’s something going around that is just getting everybody!! So, honestly just what you said, get lots of rest and get some good nutrition/hydration and watch all the movies!! I think that is the best medicine for both of you along with your meds of course!! Come back when you are ready as you don’t want to relapse or have a secondary, issue or anything and all of us I’m sure are happy to wait till you feel completely better 🫶🩷💚

Analisa Ramirez

Neti pot for Terry. Starbucks citrus mint tea with agave. Warm wet towel on his sinuses will also help.

Miranda Burner

I love y’all, happy new year, I hope you both get to feeling better soon!

Jackie

If he’s still stopped up make sure he steams his sinuses like in the shower for a few minutes every day till it starts to clear. I had that recently and its the only thing that helped me. I tried mucinex and pressure points massage but the steaming helped the most. Feel better!

Miranda Adams

Hope y’all feel better soon! Take vitamin C and zinc! 🫶🏼

DWains

Feel better 💞

appayipyip

medicine ball from starbucks always cures me

Mandy H

For sinusitis the best thing is a netipot, or the nasal rinse squeeze bottle, and do it after a hot streamy shower so your sinuses open up. It's a game changer.

Megan Delynn

As a lifelong sufferer of severe respiratory issues, two things I highly recommend so much is 1) making a Hot Toddy! Hot tea with a shot of brandy, honey and lemon! 2) Get the red and white circle peppermints and chew on them, then inhale the vapors. Peppermint is a natural anti-inflammatory and works wonders to really help open up your lungs and help your breathing get better without having to do all the medicated cough drops the whole time. I swear by these two things to really help throughout your guy's healing process! We love you so, so much! Brightest Blessings and I hope your Hearts and Hands are full in the New Year!🫶

bits

Feel better soon!! Alot of people forget, if it's safe for your body make sure you take Ibuprofen (Advil)! It will really help with pain and reduce the inflammation. I swear by Hot Toddy and Won Ton Soup..... Hot Toddy -- Tea, honey, lemon and whiskey. The lemon and whiskey kill bacteria, the honey soothes and the tea hydrates. Go light on the lemon if your throat is really sore. Wonton -- really salty chicken broth with a little carb and protein. Easy on the throat and make you feel so much better. I'll also just buy boxes of chicken broth, microwave a cup and drink it like tea/soup. And I like the saline nasal sprays in the pharmacy section, helps w nasal inflammation. It's like the Neti pot everyone recommended but it's pressurized so it's not by gravity. I have a tight septum and a Neti never works, that's why I like these squirt bottles lol. Get NeilMed, Vicks sucks. I had the same thing, it lingers for WEEKS unfortunately. Flonase, Steroids and a nebulizer if your lungs get super wheezy and tight. The main thing: DON'T IGNORE getting worse, lung issues are serious. Keep your doc up to date if things worsen; they may want to do a CXR and start you on abx. If you're worried about your breathing you can invest in a $10 pulse oximeter off Amazon so you can be sure you're getting enough oxygen. It slips on your finger, easy. Sleep with your head elevated, cut the coffee, LOTS of warm liquids: tea & broth. Sorry huns, feel better!!!

Nicole Caporino

your health is the most important, hope you feel better soon! take as much some time off ad you need and drink lots of water!! ❤️

Kasey

K, I had a feeling you had pnemonia. I had it too this year for the first time. Your "cold" was too severe and lasting too long! I'm glad you got it diagnosed so you can start getting better! For T, but also not a bad idea for K, I suggest a neti pot. I got a squeeze bottle version (same concept) made by NeilMed (at all major drug stores). It flushes out your sinuses and gets rid of all those nasty mucus in your face/nose. And makes it easier to breathe. It comes with packets you mix with water to make saline. Don't use tap water- use bottled. Warm water up in microwave ( feels better than cold water). Test water on your wrist (like you do with a baby bottle) to make sure it's not too hot. IMPORTANT: Stand over a sink. Tilt your head forward. Open your mouth (mouth breathe) and QUICKLY squirter the water in 1 nostril. It will come out the other. If you don't do it quick it doesn't go thru your sinuses and you feel like you got water up your nose/drowning type feeling. Blow your nose. Lots of junk will come out. Do other nostril. Blow nose. You can do this a few times a day. I do when I wake up because I'm always most congested then, and before bed. It's not as scary or weird as it sounds and makes a big difference. Also with allergies to get the allergens out of your nose. The 1st time is weird and a little nerve wracking for some reason but you'll get the hang of it. Just don't squirt slow. Btw, Wicked is avaliable to rent! $20 😖 but still a nice choice for tonight. Rest. Live in sweats/pj's (if K is reading this ditch all bras and let the tat tas go free lol) Hydrate. Take your meds. And eat whatever sounds good. I drank alot of tea because it felt good on my throat. Someone mentioned steamy showers which is great for both of you for your breathing. If you have eucalyptus essential oils you can do a couple drops in with the shower. If not, no biggie. Feel better!

Ally ❤️

Wicked is on streaming now. With a bunch of deleted scenes!

Ally ❤️

Feel so much better. There is a tea put out by Traditional Medicinals called Gypsy Cold Care tea (herbal) and it’s soooooo good. It’s kinda late to start elderberry or echinacea (those work before you get sick, so it’s good to start taking them 2 weeks before you travel) anyway- here’s an Amazon link for the tea- any Walgreens, Walmart, or drugstore should stock it if you don’t want to order from Amazon: https://a.co/d/0f2Zo0o

Ally ❤️

Good old Vicks vapo rub is really good to break up congestion as well.

Eli

Happy new year guys, wishing u two a quick recovery and thank you for your company over the last year 💖💖

Lauryn ❤️‍🔥

Hands down sinus rinses with the netipot bottle for Terry. It’s the only thing that speeds up feeling better with sinus issues for me. You’re so right about the rest being forced on you if you don’t give it to your body! Glad you’re both resting up and hope you feel better soon!

Crystal Clayton

Happy New Year! I hope y’all feel better soon

I get upper respiratory A LOT here in Texas with our crazy weather and pollens. My go-to is herbal tea with local honey when over the counter meds don’t help. Mucinex DM helps break up the chest congestion, though. Feel better friends, and Happy New Year! 🫶🏼

Hannah

Hope you both feel better soon! Take care of yourselves. Rest is so important when ill. It’s your body’s time to repair itself. So sleep! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I hope you both feel better soon. Take care of each other.

Iamnotswarley

Get better soon and happy new year! Terry should get a saline nasal spray because they’re excellent decongestants and they sterilize the area. If his sinusitis gets worse, he’ll need antibiotics. Also both of you, drink lots of hot fluids! 💕

ileanab828

Keri

Please take care of yourselves and REST, and help your immunity system heal. I contracted a non-TB pneumonia in July after my round of radiation for breast cancer, which went very well! But this bacteria is resistant to antibiotics, and I will be taking a strict protocol of them for a year or so, and am planning to totally revamp the diet. But...rest, take care of yourselves!

Julie Ruffin

Feel better soon y’all! 💕💕

💎✨Carly Overton✨💎

I HAVE REMEDIES FOR TERRY! I have chronic sinusitis, I feel for Terry it’s THE worst. Couple of solutions.. i use all at once to kinda come at it strong and everyone responds differently: 1. Sinus Hot Drink (I drink in AM/PM and 1-2+ throughout day as needed) - this works MIRACLES. Especially before the shower. SINUS INFECTION REMEDY: (Heat up water then add to water) 8oz glass water 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp honey 2. Steam Shower morning & night with hot water hitting your back for like 20 minutes. 3. Over the counter meds: (I usually do all these) a) Sudafed Sinus pressure & pain DECONGESTANT b)Mucinex severe sinus MAX (I like to get one that’s AM/PM decongestants) C) Zicam Nasal All Clear AND/OR Afrin - you can’t take afrin more than 3 days so check that out ***do anything nasal AFTER the shower. And after the sinus drink**+ D) ibuprofen - for head feeling like a heavy bowling ball and sinus pressure relief - want an anti-inflammatory 4. LOTS of fluids - I usually get the blue advanced pedialyte… it’s in the baby section, it’s for babies but it’s the best for hangovers… it’s Gatorade or liquid IV x100. So it’s really good for when you need the fluids 5. PUFFS tissues w/ lotion (& aloe) - this is a must for the nose

💎✨Carly Overton✨💎

So you might want to take some AIRBORNE as you taper off your antibiotics to give yourself a little boost while Terry recovers cause it’s gonna be like 2 weeks for him

Tiarna 🫶🏼

Oh you poor things! Take all the time you need I’m not going anywhere! Thank you for all you guys do! Feel better soon ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

i’ve had multiple friends who have gotten double pneumonia recently and the only way they got better was because they did nebulizer treatments with albuterol
