I have just started watching so I don’t know if you did the cut songs at the end since this isn’t Taylor’s version of the eras tour but if you didn’t I highly recommend just to get the great performance of long live. There’s also an acoustic collection that took the acoustic section from all three shows when it was filmed and put them in the movie, if you have the time I’d love for you to react to them!

The night I went, N3 in Nashville, it poured. We had a rain delay of almost 2 hrs. We spent the time making friends and having Sing alongs. It was such a magical time.

Nobody explained the outfits…they do change every night except she was filming for your shows so she didn’t. You never saw the evermore outfit because you saw the new show which is folklore/evermore combined

There were changes made to the set after TTPD was added - so some things don't seem familiar for you because you were there at the end of the tour :)

So to explain for T&K: Those extra performances at the end were the same night. She just had to cut a few out to shorten it for the theater release. But when she added it to Disney+ she was able to add them at the end. Also if you watch on Disney+ there are all the surprise songs from the 3 nights she recorded the shows in LA. (Those are after the extra performances) She didn’t start the mashups until later shows. When y’all went to see her, you saw TTPD set. Your show had evermore and folklore in the same era. Before TTPD we had evermore era and later folklore era. That’s also why you didn’t see tolerate it, the 1, archer, etc. She had to cut it down in order to add in the new album songs -those were all the thoughts I had watching and I’m probably forgetting some things. The original tour has songs that were cut out of the one you went to, to make room for the TTPD set. The order of the eras is also slightly different & there’s a few visual changes as well.

She in fact did NOT wear the evermore outfits at your show, when she changed the set for the final time to include ttpd she combined evermore and folklore into one era and called it folkmore or everlore. When she did this she changed a lot of the outfits for the whole tour and she completely cut the evermore dresses from the show and used only the folklore dresses. So you guys didn’t see the original evermore set at all. It actually started with this the damn season but the editing team cut the song and many others from the concert film, so those of us who didn’t get to go still haven’t been able to see the full original show.

Fun fact, the first couple weeks of the tour had invisible string open the folklore set, but then her team announced the breakup with Joe, so she switched invisible string( a song she wrote for Joe) with the one (a song she wrote for matty. Mind you she chose Mattys birthday as the day to release the news of the breakup. ) after she changed the set for ttpd she switched the one to cardigan as the opener, and then removed the last great American dynast.

Long Live was on the set for only 44 shows. The first time she performed it as a new surprise addition to the Speak Now era set, I burst into tears.

She has many different colours & variations of outfits for every set except rep. She wore that red snake suit to death until she finally showed up in the gold one towards the end of the tour. Everyone was speculating that she was saving a new rep suit for the release of rep TV so people went nuts anticipating the announcement of rep TV. Which obviously never happened 😂

My big and her girlfriend are the last couple in the credits (jr jewels and cheerleader from YBWM) and she’s been a Taylor fan since literally day 0. When I saw the tour film in the theatres, I was full Leo meme pointing and shouting. She saw it later that night and was STUNNED! It was so awesome. 🥹

In sure this had been said, but she had to cut several things the original show to fit in the ttpd set. So yes there were several songs that you didn’t see in your show. They were cut to make room.

The extra performances at the end- when it released in theaters the film had to be cut for the time constraints of the theater rules. . But they added some back in as extras when it released on Disney plus.

What happened to "Long Live"? It should have been after "Enchanted". According to the set list you were also missing :The Archer", "Wildest Dreams" & "Cardigan". Maybe that's why your time is short. All of these songs are included on the original Disney version during the concert, not as add ons.
