I've done a few diaper transformation sequences before and wanted to get some feedback on how you prefer them illustrated- if you have a preference.

There are multiple ways you can illustrate the idea that someone has been turned into a diaper such as... 1. Drawing a face on the back of the diaper

2. Drawing a face on the front where print usually goes (plastic tape portion)

3. Drawing a cute cartoon version of the person on the printed front.

4. Drawing the face on the padding inside the diaper

Coomcheese

All those options are great. I don't think ive seen the mascot option done before that's a cool idea.

Nobody's Nobody

I prefer 1 because I like them still being able to talk/ interact with the person who wears them. It's kindof boring if once they tf they just stop being a character all together

Finding myself liking a combo of the options, or giving the character trapped the option to appear in different ways on the diaper, even in ways not yet listed that may be come up with down the road. My concern is, though you're only asking preferences, this type of question could make the TFs cookie-cutter. Different characters and situations may require a more humiliating or subtle manifestation. Example, imagine two characters turned into a diaper, the loud/ditzy one appearing on the crotch just enjoying the warmth and wetness and the one that can actually DO something caught in the ruffled top just above the padding, trying to break out but tiny and weak, looking like he/she's in jail.
