Notice for old patrons (Patreon)

If you're one of the kind folks who were pledged to me before I've introduced tiers, consider repledging or editing your pledge under a certain tier to get the benefits of being a patron. 

I don't think patreon automatically allocates patrons who pledged without a tier to one if they've been added after the fact
