Draw on Your Own — Cross-Stitch Dalmatian (Patreon)

I’m excited to share this new “Draw on Your Own” piece with you — a Dalmatian created in a cross-stitch style 🐶 I created this illustration using my Embroidery Procreate Brushes set, and for you I’ve prepared a numbered color palette along with a full pattern where all elements match those numbers. This way, you can simply follow the guide and enjoy the process without worrying about color choices.

Place the sketch layer above all layers and set the blending mode to Multiply so it works as a guide. You can lower the opacity if you want it to be more subtle.

Import the palette into Procreate and open it in the “Cards” tab — all colors will be organized and labeled by numbers.

Select the “Draw Here” layer and start drawing using the Chunky Braid brush. Follow the numbers directly on the canvas and fill in the illustration step by step. You can place individual stitches or draw lines vertically or horizontally, depending on what feels more comfortable for you.
