Hey! This is the second part of post about requests. You can find the first part here:

Huge thanks to everyone who participated in the poll and shared their thoughts with me—I really appreciate it, and it was super helpful!

First of all, I promised to talk about the "new format" for request sets. You can see examples of it in these posts:

To briefly explain the difference between the "new format" and the way sets are currently made: the "new format" has a bit less uniqueness, variety, and creative work within a single set. This helps to significantly reduce the time it takes to create a set while keeping the number of images roughly the same (around 30-40). However, it does come at the expense of some "diversity."

Additionally, the sets I used as examples were created using my new image-generation model. I don’t think it’s dramatically different from what I used before, but technically, it solves some issues present in earlier versions. That said, it doesn’t mean all future content will be created only with this model. I think it’ll depend on specific cases where one version or another might deliver better results. I also believe there will be more "versions" of the model in the future, and some of them may have more noticeable differences in style.

Now, regarding what’s next for requests:

---I’ll share all the detailed information, including an updated guide and descriptions of the tiers (still working on the names for those! :D), in early January---

  • I’ve decided that the best way to address the issue of too many requests is by increasing the price and limiting the number of participants. So, in January, two new tiers with participant caps will be introduced:

    • The first tier will be only slightly more expensive than the current [Max] tier. Members will be able to make requests that will be completed in the "new format" I described earlier.

    • The second tier will involve completing requests in the current format, but since it will have a higher price and limited participants, the maximum number of images will also be increased.

  • Changes to the [Max] tier. Since there will no longer be requests in this tier, I’m planning to add other benefits for it in January. Additionally—this might be a one-time thing—I’d like to try out a "polls" format where [Max] tier members could submit their characters. Let’s see if that works!

For now, this is probably the only solution I can offer based on my current capacity. Depending on how things go, there might be adjustments in the future. But to figure out what works (and if any changes are needed), we’ll need to try it first! :D

Lastly, I’d like to apologize to anyone who might have been expecting the request system to return under the same conditions as before. As much as I’d like to, it’s unfortunately just not physically possible. I hope for your understanding.

Thanks so much to everyone who continues to support me—it truly means a lot!

P.S. The full set with Orihime from the images at the beginning of the post will be published soon!

I suggest you do a poll with and have it open to all the tier to vote upon on. While your top or expensive tier still can do request from you. I don't know how many you planning to cap off at your expensive tier but at least with a poll let say an example is you bring up 10 character to the poll and only the top 3 most voted will be the one you work on for that month while it still can give you time to do request so you don't over work yourself. When character get voted for creation then you can give them a rest for a 3 to 6 month before bringing them back up again (expect request) so you don't always repeat character over. The 7 that was last poll can recirculate back into the poll for voting. This is just my two cent and opinion but I hope it help.

As a MAX tier guy I think this is a very fair solution despite me losing the benefit of making requests. As long as there are instead other benefits coming to the MAX tier I will not upgrade to a higher one but will definetely stay subscribed. Keep up the good work.

My gut reaction to quality (/variety) vs quantity is to go for quality rather than quantity. However both example sets were great. Thanks, some great work here :)
