Reminder + Important Info (Patreon)

Besides that, I also wanted to share some important upcoming changes to how the commission/request system works:

• Starting with the next round in June, there’ll be new rules for requests. The main change will be fewer customization options for sets.

• The Max+ tier price will go up starting July 1st (not 100% final yet, but likely to be $25).

• At the end of June, a new request tier will be added — it’ll keep all the old customization options and even include some new ones.

• Originally, I planned to close the Max+ tier completely and just continue with the two new tiers under the new system. But that would’ve meant current Max+ subs would lose their spot, and with limited room in the new tiers, might not be able to get back in — so I decided to keep the tier open for anyone who’s okay with the new rules and changes.

• I’ll post more details about the new rules separately soon.

• Right now, the Max+ tier is temporarily hidden for new subscribers (you won’t see it on the main page), but anyone who’s already subscribed keeps their spot and subscription.

Why all these changes?
There are a bunch of reasons why I decided to revamp how requests work. Here are a few of them:

• I want to reduce how much custom requests affect the core content I make — that way it’s more predictable for people who aren’t submitting requests :D

• As for the price increase — let’s be real, you’ve probably noticed that most other artists charge way more for commissions. I didn’t really aim to make money off of this — it was more of a passion thing and I wanted it to be affordable, but… turns out that’s not super sustainable :D Honestly, being able to earn more from this would be amazing — it’d open up a lot of possibilities to reinvest into what I’m doing (gear upgrades, promotion, content development, etc.).

• I don’t know how people will react to all this, but whether the response is positive or negative, it’ll be a really important step in figuring out future plans and priorities.

What about current requests?

• All requests from the current May–June round will be completed in full, including all the requested customizations and specs (the goal is to have them all published by June 20).

• If you end up canceling your subscription because of the new rules without switching to a different tier, and your request gets published after you lose access — I’ll make sure to send your request archive directly via whatever method works best for you. I’ll try to track situations like that myself, but if you end up in that boat, just let me know how you'd like me to send it

I’ll be sending a few more reminders about all this (including via DM) closer to when the changes go live.

Just wanted to say again — huge thanks for the support. It’s meant a lot to me, and I’ve really enjoyed working on all your past requests. I’m sure that’ll stay the same going forward too :D
