Where can I download the second men's hair? (that short one that is backwards).

Is it true that the HQ mod has been having issues since the patch? I'm trying to decide if it's worth trying or not. I love hyper realism in my game, but can't decide if it's worth it to go back and check for HQ versions of all my CC, etc. Thanks in advance, your work is amazing!
