Apparently потому что это ты that Alya said at the End means "because it's you" but somehow they forgot to translate it. Remember in the last Episode? Masachikas Grandfather was the one who forbid him to act and reveal to anyone that he and Yuki are Siblings and they have to act like "strangers" since he essentially disinherited him and kicked him out of the Suou Household and who knows what he will do if they go against it (most likely that the Grandfather then would use his Connections to make Masachikas and his Fathers life a living hell while also making sure that Yuki never comes into contact with him again by sending her to some far off Girls Only School where she has to live in a Dormitory and otherwise controlling her every Movement 24/7) The Anime will most likely only adapt Light Novels 1 to 3 as they do usually, and i read somewhere that Masachika reveals his connection with Yuki in LN Volume 9 to Alya that releases next week in Japan according to the preview information about it on Japanese websides, but they have only Volumes 1 to 5 + 4.5 (collection of short storys) translated by Yen Press into English (next on my to read list after i finsh Aphothecary Diaries and some continuations)

I don't think they forgot to translate that line. The hard subs of her Russian lines are usually in Japanese. But, in this case, as with her confession, the director chose to use Russian to subtitle the line to indicate to the audience that the meaning is intentionally obscured. Either it will be revealed in flashback like her confession or it is possible she used wording Kuze didn't understand. It was indicated that Kuze is not fully fluent.
