This RAW episode was the day before my 16th birthday. Good lord, I’m getting old. 😅

Highest rated segment of all time! And ~18 minutes of in-ring action in a two hour show! Six matches and four DQ finishes!

:D

oh boy sounds like a great show!!

You old jabrone, I was a *sprightly* 14, a week and a half from turning 15.

The shittier the Raw, the better the podcast is. Can’t wait to hear you guys do your thing on this one.

PT

An Austin/Taker overrun was the highest RAW rating ever, and I want to say an entirely random MSP/Stooges fight got better ratings than This Is Your Life? Regardless, have fun with this one, fellas. I have zero interest in revisiting a segment that has to be excruciatingly unfunny today.

How is the HHH promo not even close to the worst thing on this show

Ben

Currently 20 minutes in, man this is going to be a good review

Ben

Sounds like Raw nowadays

Seymour Buttz twonior

There better be a 9 minute Mark Henry jelqing tutorial or I'm throwing Hawk Tuah off the tron.

Connor Braun

British bulldog triple h town hall to start off someone will pay for this

Nick C.

Looks like it was Russo who pushed the narrative that "This Is Your Life" was the all-time ratings winner for so many years. I was bamboozled by the worst of em.

PT

100 percent it was likely him. One of his chestnuts for his flimsy defense of the era and how no one actually likes wrestling.

Hank Kronenberg

The "This Is Your Life" segment is definitely what gave this show a 6.8 rating. Just never mind the first 3 matches and the main event ending in a DQ as well as all matches but the main going 3 minutes or less.

Garrett Kenney

I have never fully seen the "This is your life" segment. Now that I have I wish I had left the memories alone. Although I am a big fan of The Rocks' coach coming out to the Lex Express song. Edit: At the one-hour mark on Archive. The Rock delivers the best line in wrestling history.

I was JUST thinking about when you'd get to this episode. It should be a great one (pun intended)

Triple H doesn't know who he's messing with, this guy can piss bidirectionally.

Big Mike

Gotta say, shoutout Ivory

Ham B No

How awesome would it have been for Austin to have accepted Foley's invite, he could have just stood in the corner and hung out there the whole time.
