To continue our streak of watching the matches that you all definitely asked for us to watch...

...because we give our people what they want, we're going on to an all-time classic brawl between two of the toughest fighters in the history of our sport; Buff Bagwell, and "Rowdy" Roddy Piper. This is what inspired UFC to take it to that next level.

Chico

Suggestion: Sean Morley vs christopher daniels.

Jared Clemons

"I didn't know this guy was real, I thought he was made out of clay." is an all-timer quote

FalconX9K

I couldn't in a million years have guessed how this fight would have ended

scottelot

Happy Jawnny's okay. :) Also WATCHED THIS.

Another choice in which I (kindly) ask the boys and the Patreon crowd.... ...what in the sweet hell is wrong with you?

Hank Kronenberg

They got Michael Buffer AND Judge Mills Lane (RIP) to do this match, and THAT was the finish? Also S/O for WCW for getting the Judge Mills Lane theme, that theme rules.

Stop the Matsunaga

This is somehow better than the Junkyard Invintational on this same show.

Generalemergency

They just copied the finish from the Rumble in the Jungle

PT

I can't believe WCW died with such content! Seriously, holy hell this was bad. Who thought this up? Could anyone tell Roddy Piper no at this stage in his career?

Mah-Dry-Bread

I love whenever Buff defaults back to throwing worked wrestling punches and stomping the mat, before realizing and going back to jabs

Happy Tiger Snugglefur

I'm Completely blown away by this match! 1st off: I never knew that Judge Mills Lane ever appeared in WCW or anywhere within wrestling (outside of that Titintron appearance he made in the WWF to help Stone Cold that one time) 2nd: I never knew Roddy had another Boxing match and so without the context, having him randomly face Buff is absurdly hilarious. Lastly: Calling the building on the stage "Mean Gene's bait shop" was a crazy rib! I assume in reference to his Hot line.

Happy Tiger Snugglefur

So, for those who don't know...Mills Lane was the Ref for the infamous "Tyson Vs Holyfield rematch" where Tyson bite off Holyfield's ear which is why Judy Bagwell Bit Roddy at the end, the fact that they did the Tyson Ear spot in front of Mills Lane is Insane to me but I bet he was cool with it. Also, its rumored that less than an hour after the fight Mills Lane sold his blood-stained Ref Shirt to a Memorabilia collector for a hundred bucks, crazy to think what that could go for these day (Rip Mills Lane)

Potpie88

this ufc lore talk can you watch a fight at this point

tkdwn.

anderson silva was the muay thai clinch cheat code for like a decade, he should've fought RANDY COUTURE

Jared Winn

Hoe’s Man Randy Savage is the gimmick I remember him the most for as a kid lol I didn’t know his WWF stuff until way later. Still one of my faves.

IfWeShadows

Late 90s WCW is the most entertaining shit out there, and you can’t convince me otherwise.

tabnerrr

Grandpa gets busy as hell outside of that chair, damn

Steele Lukas

James puttin’ the crowd at Backlash 2000 to shame poppin’ for Buff 😂

polo bear

I won’t even lie I liked that you guys did Undertaker vs Giant Gonzales because that’s a period of wrestling that you guys never have the chance to cover even if that match was dogshit and Taker has a fake streak

That Jabroni Named Al

Think you guys need to watch Mike Sanders vs The Cat from Halloween Havoc 2000. It's a Three-Round Kickboxing Match lol

Cali Jester

I super agree. IF the boys don't really want to dive deep into the late 80s/early 90s with reviews then just getting some fucked up matches from those periods for Watch This is great!

Felsin

The first 10 secs made this for me. Made me remember Mils Lane and remember Celebrity Deathmatch and you guys need to watch this a celebrity deathmatch episode. There is an episode where one match is Austin vs Vince, just sayin.

Cad Chamberlain

Bagwell was always the flyest in the room
